80C186處理器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著對(duì)某型號(hào)飛機(jī)電路板研究工作的深入,其中含TS80C186EB20嵌入式微處理器通信電路板的數(shù)量日益增多,需要對(duì)于該類(lèi)電路板進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究。同時(shí)為了提高對(duì)該類(lèi)型多功能總線通信電路板深層次修理能力,需要從正向角度對(duì)80C186處理器系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究。論文首先基于基礎(chǔ)型80C186XL研制一塊實(shí)驗(yàn)板,對(duì)處理器的工作方式、最小系統(tǒng)硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)、軟件編程開(kāi)發(fā)以及程序代碼固化等方面進(jìn)行研究;然后通過(guò)對(duì)多功能總線通信電路板的分析,基于增強(qiáng)型TS80C186EB20研制一張仿制板進(jìn)行深入研究。該研究對(duì)于掌握TS80C186EB20處理器總線通信電路板應(yīng)用技術(shù)具有十分重要的意義,因此論文選題具有較強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性和較高的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。論文主要完成了以下幾個(gè)方面的研究工作:1、對(duì)80C186的硬件特性及最小系統(tǒng)、8255A、8253、8251A、ARINC-429、RS-232、RS-422、RS-485、Emu8086軟件開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境使用方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,為后續(xù)基于80C186XL的實(shí)驗(yàn)板和基于TS80C186EB20仿制板硬件設(shè)計(jì)與軟件開(kāi)發(fā)奠定基礎(chǔ)。2、以80C186XL為處理器,研制一款具有處理器內(nèi)部定時(shí)器、并口輸入/輸出8255A、定時(shí)/計(jì)數(shù)器8253、串口通信8251A等可編程器件的實(shí)驗(yàn)板;以TS80C186EB20為處理器,研制一款具有ARINC-429總線和RS-232、RS-485、RS-422串行通信總線的仿制板。3、基于Emu8086與ISE13.1軟件,編寫(xiě)實(shí)驗(yàn)板和仿制板程序。實(shí)驗(yàn)板包括80C186XL初始化和8255A、8253、8251A程序代碼;仿制板包括TS80C186EB20、TL16C754B初始化和ARINC-429、RS-232、RS-485、RS-422總線通信程序代碼以及XC95144協(xié)處理器的軟件代碼。4、解析EXE格式文件和通過(guò)研究80C186系列處理器的上電運(yùn)行規(guī)律,給出EXE格式文件轉(zhuǎn)BIN/HEX格式文件的流程,并基于Visual C++6.0開(kāi)發(fā)環(huán)境,開(kāi)發(fā)適用于80C186XL和TS80C186EB20的EXE格式文件轉(zhuǎn)換成BIN/HEX格式文件的轉(zhuǎn)換軟件。5、利用工控機(jī)、多功能信號(hào)電路板、RS-485轉(zhuǎn)RS-232轉(zhuǎn)換器TLC485、RS-422轉(zhuǎn)RS-232轉(zhuǎn)換器UT-202和計(jì)算機(jī)串口調(diào)試助手軟件搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證系統(tǒng),對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)板的8255A、8253、8251A等功能模塊和仿制板的ARINC-429、RS-232、RS-422、RS-485等通信模塊進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。通過(guò)對(duì)本課題的研究,不僅可以系統(tǒng)掌握80C186這款處理器的工作原理、硬件設(shè)計(jì)、軟件開(kāi)發(fā),而且所給出的硬件設(shè)計(jì)與軟件開(kāi)發(fā)方法可以應(yīng)用于各類(lèi)含80C186測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the development of the research on a certain type of aircraft circuit board, the number of communication circuit boards containing TS80C186EB20 embedded microprocessor is increasing day by day, so it is necessary to carry out systematic research on this kind of circuit boards. At the same time, in order to improve the deep repair ability of this type of multifunctional bus communication circuit board, the hardware design and software development technology of 80C186 processor system need to be deeply studied from the forward angle. Firstly, an experimental board based on 80C186XL is developed. The working mode of the processor, the design of the minimum system hardware circuit, the development of software programming and the solidification of the program code are studied. Based on the analysis of multifunction bus communication circuit board, a simulation board based on enhanced TS80C186EB20 is developed. This research is of great significance for mastering the application technology of TS80C186EB20 bus communication circuit board, so this thesis has strong pertinence and high application value. In this paper, the following research work has been done: 1. The hardware characteristics of 80C186 and the method of using the software development environment of ARINC-429 / RS-422 / RS-422 / Emu8086 have been studied systematically, and the minimum system of 8255Ac / 8253A / 8251A / ARINC-429 / RS-422 / RS-4858086 has been studied systematically. In order to lay a foundation for the hardware design and software development of the experiment board based on 80C186XL and the imitation board based on TS80C186EB20, taking 80C186XL as the processor, a timer with internal processor is developed. The parallel port input / output 8255A, timing / counter 8253and serial port communication 8251A are used as the experimental board, a kind of imitation board .3with ARINC-429 bus and RS-232 RS-485N RS-422 serial communication bus is developed, which is based on Emu8086 and ISE13.1 software. Write the program of experiment board and imitation board. The test board consists of 80C186XL initialization and 8255An 8253K8251A program code, and the imitation board includes TS80C186EB20TL16C754B initialization and ARINC-429RS-232RS-485RS-422 bus communication program code and XC95144 coprocessor software code .4. the exe format file is analyzed and the operation rules of 80C186 series processors are analyzed. The process of converting EXE format file to BIN-HEX format file is given. Based on Visual C 6.0 development environment, an EXE format file conversion software. 5, which is suitable for 80C186XL and TS80C186EB20, is developed, and the industrial computer is used to convert the EXE format file to the BIN-HEX format file. An experimental verification system is set up for multi-function signal circuit board, such as RS-485 to RS-232 converter TLC485N RS-422 to RS-232 converter UT-202 and computer serial port debugging assistant software. The function modules of the test board, such as 8255An 8253N8251A and ARINC-429 RS-232RS-422RS-485, are tested and verified. Through the research of this subject, not only can we master the working principle, hardware design and software development of 80C186 processor, but also the hardware design and software development method can be applied to all kinds of 80C186 test systems.
