【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界已進(jìn)入航空運(yùn)輸快速發(fā)展時(shí)代,單跑道已不能滿足大型機(jī)場運(yùn)營的要求,多跑道呈現(xiàn)常態(tài)化趨勢,研究評估多跑道機(jī)場運(yùn)行調(diào)度的安全和效率具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。論文選擇典型多跑道機(jī)場的運(yùn)行模式為研究對象,利用離散動(dòng)態(tài)理論、系統(tǒng)仿真理論、可拓論等對多跑道運(yùn)行安全和效率評價(jià)等問題進(jìn)行了研究,包括:1、歸納了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外不同機(jī)場多跑道的運(yùn)行模式,得出復(fù)雜機(jī)場在不同跑道數(shù)目條件下的典型運(yùn)行模式。2、針對機(jī)場場面運(yùn)行本身的隨機(jī)性、復(fù)雜性和動(dòng)態(tài)性特點(diǎn),建立了基于Petri網(wǎng)的多跑道飛行區(qū)沖突解脫模型,接著對航空器在滑行道交叉口交匯和直線段滑行、跑道穿越等復(fù)雜機(jī)場運(yùn)行過程中的常見問題進(jìn)行研究,提出了基于模型標(biāo)識(shí)的禁止?fàn)顟B(tài)邏輯互反約束和線性不等式約束的飛行區(qū)沖突解脫規(guī)則來解決飛行區(qū)沖突問題,然后在Flexsim仿真平臺(tái)建立了飛行區(qū)運(yùn)行仿真系統(tǒng),以浦東機(jī)場為實(shí)例進(jìn)行仿真分析,分析指標(biāo)包括跑道穿越次數(shù)、飛行區(qū)沖突熱點(diǎn)的沖突次數(shù)、航空器滑行時(shí)間,實(shí)例分析表明設(shè)計(jì)的沖突解脫規(guī)則可提升運(yùn)行效率和安全水平。3、將ANP和可拓評價(jià)法相結(jié)合,以浦東國際機(jī)場為對象,提出了一種評估多跑道運(yùn)行安全和效率的方法:首先以安全性指標(biāo)和效率性指標(biāo)為重點(diǎn),兼顧機(jī)場布局因素、人為因素以及機(jī)場場面管理因素等,通過分析各因素之間的相互依存和反饋關(guān)系,搭建了ANP網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,接著應(yīng)用Super Decision軟件確定了模型中各評價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,然后建立影響多跑道運(yùn)行安全和效率的可拓物元模型和關(guān)聯(lián)函數(shù),并利用可拓綜合評估方法對其進(jìn)行評估。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the world has entered the era of rapid development of air transportation. The single runway can no longer meet the requirements of large airport operation, and the trend of multi-runway is becoming more and more regular. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study and evaluate the safety and efficiency of multi-runway airport scheduling. In this paper, the operation mode of typical multi-runway airport is chosen as the research object, and the problems of safety and efficiency evaluation of multi-runway operation are studied by using discrete dynamic theory, system simulation theory and extension theory. Including: 1, summarizes the operation modes of different airports at home and abroad, and obtains the typical operation mode of complex airports under different runway numbers. According to the randomness, complexity and dynamic characteristics of airport scene operation, Based on Petri net, the conflict resolution model of multi-runway flying area is established, and then the common problems of aircraft at taxiway intersection, runway traversing and so on are studied. In this paper, based on model identification, the rules of conflict resolution of flying area based on prohibited state logic reciprocal constraint and linear inequality constraint are proposed to solve the problem of flying area conflict, and then a simulation system of flying area operation is established on Flexsim simulation platform. Taking Pudong Airport as an example, the simulation analysis is carried out. The analysis indexes include the number of runway crossing, the number of conflicts in conflict hot spots in the flying area, the time of aircraft taxiing. The example analysis shows that the designed conflict resolution rule can improve the operation efficiency and safety level. The ANP is combined with the extension evaluation method, and the Pudong International Airport is taken as the object. In this paper, a method to evaluate the safety and efficiency of multi-runway operation is proposed. Firstly, the safety index and efficiency index are taken as the focus, and the airport layout factors, human factors and airport scene management factors are taken into account. The ANP network structure model is built by analyzing the interdependence and feedback relationship among the factors, and then the weight of each evaluation index in the model is determined by Super decision software. Then the extension matter-element model and the correlation function which affect the safety and efficiency of multi-runway operation are established, and the extension comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate them.
