高溫合金前緣熱防護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)隔熱性能分析

【摘要】:高溫合金前緣熱防護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)由高溫合金蜂窩和隔熱氈、連接件構(gòu)成,同時具有承載和隔熱作用,易于拆卸和維修,具有經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性。通過分析高溫合金前緣熱防護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)隔熱性能和承載能力,對前緣結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。高溫合金蜂窩隔熱效果良好,并可以承受1 200℃高溫。隔熱氈所用的隔熱材料在高溫試驗(yàn)下保持良好的隔熱效果,驗(yàn)證了本文傳熱分析方法的正確性。建立了傳熱迭代分析算例,確認(rèn)結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)參數(shù)滿足某型高速臨近空間飛行器的熱環(huán)境和承載使用要求,完成了前緣結(jié)構(gòu)隔熱一體化初步設(shè)計(jì)。
