民航航空器不安全事件檢測及統(tǒng)計分析

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展,我國空域中單位時間航空器保有量呈井噴式增長,造成了“空中大堵車”情況頻繁發(fā)生,越來越多的“航空管制原因的延誤”致使空中交通管制系統(tǒng)遭受了前所未有的壓力,給我國的空域管理部門和空中交通管制單位迎來了前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。而有限的現(xiàn)存空域資源和滯后的空中交通管理手段與技術(shù)使空中交通的延誤情況加劇、安全事故頻發(fā)。通過研究表明,流量相關(guān)的空中交通安全實質(zhì)上與民航運營的經(jīng)濟性之間是存在此消彼長的關(guān)系的。在相同空域結(jié)構(gòu)的制約下,空中航空器間距越大越不會發(fā)生碰撞風險,理論上越安全,與此同時空中航空器間距越小單位時間經(jīng)濟效益越高,如何找到安全與經(jīng)濟性的平衡點是一個課題。本文從空中交通安全角度出發(fā),通過對民航不安全事件的檢測統(tǒng)計方法的研究和實現(xiàn)最終得出安全報告,目的是得出兼顧民航航空流量經(jīng)濟性的同時確?罩薪煌ò踩淖顑(yōu)化解決方案。本文從以下幾個部分分別論述:(1)針對空中交通連續(xù)的航空器航行過程和不同航路的具體配置特點,對航空器進行建模,確立坐標系,之后生成運動方程,并根據(jù)航空器不安全事件發(fā)生的范圍間隔選取航空器的碰撞模型。(2)從水平和垂直方向?qū)娇掌魑kU接近及相撞的不安全事件算法進行研究,并采用合理的算法實現(xiàn)對空管系統(tǒng)中不安全事件的檢測,針對大連空域小、航路復雜的特點做出了調(diào)整。(3)在對相應(yīng)的算法進行仿真之后記錄統(tǒng)計不安全事件發(fā)生時的航空器航行數(shù)據(jù),同時記錄并統(tǒng)計航線流量、管制員通話總量及不安全事件發(fā)生時其他的仿真數(shù)據(jù)等結(jié)果,并通過沖突嚴重性的評價模型規(guī)劃更優(yōu)化的空管系統(tǒng)沖突預(yù)測規(guī)則,最后分析得出安全報告,以便得出更優(yōu)化的空域使用管理方案。本文對所給出的航空器不安全事件檢測和統(tǒng)計分析的算法進行了仿真實驗。本文的研究成果通過既定的仿真實驗得到了驗證,在實際生產(chǎn)過程中也得到了驗證,達到了對航空器危險情況的提示和檢測統(tǒng)計的預(yù)期效果,對航空安全工作的保障有著現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the number of aircraft held per unit time in China's airspace has increased as a result of a blowout, resulting in frequent "air jams". More and more "the delay of air traffic control" causes the air traffic control system to suffer unprecedented pressure, and brings unprecedented challenge to our country's airspace management department and air traffic control unit. Limited existing airspace resources and lagging air traffic management methods and technologies make air traffic delays worsen and safety accidents occur frequently. The research shows that there is a relationship between traffic safety and the economy of civil aviation operation. Under the restriction of the same airspace structure, the larger the space between the aerial aircraft, the less the collision risk, and the safer the theory is, at the same time, the smaller the space between the aerial aircraft is, the higher the economic benefit is per unit time. How to find the balance between safety and economy is a topic. From the point of view of air traffic safety, through the research and realization of the statistical method of detecting civil aviation unsafe incidents, this paper finally obtains the safety report. The aim of this paper is to obtain an optimal solution to ensure air traffic safety while taking account of aviation flow economy. This paper discusses respectively the following parts: (1) in view of the specific configuration characteristics of continuous air traffic aircraft navigation process and different routes, the aircraft is modeled, the coordinate system is established, and then the motion equation is generated. And according to the range interval of aircraft unsafe events, select the aircraft collision model. (2) from the horizontal and vertical direction to the aircraft dangerous approach and collision of unsafe incident algorithm. And the reasonable algorithm is used to detect the unsafe events in the air traffic control system, aiming at the small airspace in Dalian. The complex characteristics of the route are adjusted. 3) after the simulation of the corresponding algorithm, the aircraft navigation data at the time of the unsafe events are recorded and recorded, and the route flow is recorded and counted at the same time. The results such as the total number of calls and other simulation data at the time of the unsafe events, and so on, are analyzed, and the safety report is obtained through the evaluation model of the severity of the conflict and the planning of more optimized conflict prediction rules of the air traffic control system. In order to obtain a more optimized airspace use management scheme. In this paper, the algorithms of aircraft unsafe incident detection and statistical analysis are simulated. The research results of this paper have been verified by the established simulation experiments, and have also been verified in the actual production process, which has reached the expected effect of the warning to the aircraft dangerous situation and the detection statistics. The guarantee of aviation safety has practical significance.
