樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)功能定位實(shí)現(xiàn)中的空管問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)民航運(yùn)輸業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的建設(shè)呈現(xiàn)出迅猛的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)功能定位的實(shí)現(xiàn)是整個(gè)樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)與發(fā)展的前提和基礎(chǔ),這一實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中對(duì)空管、機(jī)場(chǎng)和航空公司等各個(gè)方面都提出不同的要求?展茏鳛檎麄(gè)樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃的戰(zhàn)略層面,對(duì)保障機(jī)場(chǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)乃至我國(guó)民航事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。因此,本文研究樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)功能定位實(shí)現(xiàn)中的空管問(wèn)題,并重點(diǎn)研究其中最重要的空管問(wèn)題——航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃問(wèn)題。本文主要研究的內(nèi)容如下:從理論層面,闡述了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外針對(duì)樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)功能定位、空管系統(tǒng)以及航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)功能定位實(shí)現(xiàn)中的空管問(wèn)題,并從根源著手,研究當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的問(wèn)題及解決辦法。使用ACQI建模方法,通過(guò)前期大量的數(shù)據(jù)處理,運(yùn)用MATLAB工具,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)機(jī)場(chǎng)航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)連通性進(jìn)行計(jì)算,最終對(duì)各級(jí)樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的ACQI值進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)和分析。然后結(jié)合時(shí)間維度構(gòu)建連通性延伸性研究的模型。結(jié)合客座率、延誤時(shí)間、進(jìn)離港移交點(diǎn)擁堵情況等通達(dá)性方面內(nèi)容,以上海虹橋機(jī)場(chǎng)為例,進(jìn)行航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化研究。利用SIMMOD仿真,對(duì)優(yōu)化前后結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,提出建議?傊,本文對(duì)樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)功能定位中出現(xiàn)的航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)這一典型空管問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入研究,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)航線網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的不合理之處,并采取有效措施,保證整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's civil aviation transportation industry, the construction of hub airports presents a rapid development momentum. The realization of functional positioning of hub airports is the premise and foundation of the construction and development of the entire hub airport. Airports and airlines all make different demands. As the strategic level of the entire hub airport route network planning, ATC has a very important significance to ensure the airport planning and construction and even the vigorous development of civil aviation in our country. Therefore, this paper studies the problem of air traffic control (ATC) in the realization of terminal airport function positioning, and focuses on the most important problem of ATC-route network planning. The main contents of this paper are as follows: from the theoretical level, this paper expounds the current research status of the function positioning, air traffic control system and airline network of the hub airport at home and abroad, and analyzes the problem of air traffic control in the realization of the function positioning of the hub airport. And from the root, the current domestic airline network problems and solutions. By using ACQI modeling method, through a large amount of data processing in the early stage and using MATLAB tools, the connectivity of domestic airport route network is calculated. Finally, the ACQI value of all levels of hub airports is evaluated and analyzed. Then the model of connectivity extension research is constructed with time dimension. Taking Shanghai Hongqiao Airport as an example, the optimization of route network is studied. SIMMOD simulation is used to compare the results before and after optimization, and some suggestions are put forward. In a word, this paper makes a thorough study on the typical air traffic control problem in the function orientation of the terminal airport, finds out the unreasonable points in the airline network in time, and takes effective measures to ensure the safe operation of the whole system.
