地面移動(dòng)修理設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)分析研究

【摘要】:在我國大型民用飛機(jī)的檢修工作過程中,地面移動(dòng)式飛機(jī)修理塢已是節(jié)約成本、節(jié)約時(shí)間、安全、方便的主要施工檢修設(shè)備。廈門太古飛機(jī)工程公司在大型民用飛機(jī)檢修中使用的移動(dòng)式飛機(jī)垂直尾翼修理塢(MTE)是目前國內(nèi)唯一一臺(tái)大型民用飛機(jī)垂直尾翼檢修設(shè)備,移動(dòng)式飛機(jī)垂直尾翼修理塢通過與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)庫對(duì)接,利用機(jī)庫中標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)位間的空隙,形成一個(gè)封閉的飛機(jī)垂直尾翼專用修理塢,可以大大提高飛機(jī)機(jī)庫的利用率,廣泛用于各種大型民用飛機(jī)垂直尾翼的修理工作,設(shè)計(jì)制造對(duì)接式飛機(jī)修理塢(不占標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)庫空間、移動(dòng)靈活、平臺(tái)穩(wěn)定可靠)以及設(shè)計(jì)新穎并為用戶節(jié)省一半以上投資的水平尾翼大平臺(tái)(兼做修理平臺(tái))。因此對(duì)這個(gè)設(shè)備各個(gè)部分的模擬分析研究就相當(dāng)重要。移動(dòng)修理塢整體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、液壓支腿、行走系統(tǒng)是移動(dòng)修理塢的主要組成部分,其結(jié)構(gòu)性能對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性有著重要的影響,同時(shí)移動(dòng)修理塢整體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、液壓支腿是保證飛機(jī)整體安全和不受損壞的關(guān)鍵部件。如果不能準(zhǔn)確計(jì)算修理塢各組成部分結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度、剛度,將對(duì)飛機(jī)維修時(shí)的安全和施工安全有致命影響。本文將修理塢行走驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)做分析研究,并利用大型三維設(shè)計(jì)軟件SolidWorks和ANSYS對(duì)修理塢的主要支撐部件液壓支腿和桁架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和靜力學(xué)分析,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果與材料的屈服強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行對(duì)比,以驗(yàn)證其設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
[Abstract]:During the maintenance of large scale civil aircraft in China, the ground mobile aircraft repair dock is the main maintenance equipment which can save cost, save time, safety and convenience. The mobile aircraft vertical tail repair dock (MTE), which is used by Xiamen Swire aircraft Engineering Company in the overhaul of large civil aircraft, is currently the only large civil aircraft vertical tail wing maintenance equipment in China. By docking with the standard hangar, the mobile aircraft vertical tail repair dock forms a closed special repair dock for the vertical tail wing of the aircraft by using the space between the standard positions in the hangar, which can greatly improve the utilization ratio of the aircraft hangar. Widely used in the repair of vertical rear wing of various large civil aircraft, design and manufacture docking aircraft repair dock (do not occupy the standard hangar space, flexible movement, The platform is stable and reliable, as well as a large horizontal tail platform with novel design and saving more than half of the user's investment. Therefore, it is very important to study the simulation and analysis of each part of this equipment. The whole steel structure, hydraulic supporting leg and walking system of mobile repair dock are the main components of the mobile repair dock. Its structural performance has an important influence on the safety and economy of the whole system, and the whole steel structure of the mobile repair dock at the same time. Hydraulic leg is the key component to ensure the overall safety and protection of aircraft. If the strength and stiffness of the components of the repair dock can not be calculated accurately, it will have a fatal effect on the safety and construction safety of the aircraft during maintenance. In this paper, the driving system and truss structure of the repair dock are analyzed, and the hydraulic supporting legs and truss structures of the main supporting parts of the repair dock are designed and statically analyzed by using the large-scale three-dimensional design software SolidWorks and ANSYS. The calculated results are compared with the yield strength of the material to verify the reliability and economy of the design.
