帶ID號的數(shù)字化應(yīng)變傳感器子系統(tǒng)總線驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在如今的飛機(jī)強(qiáng)度靜力測試系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中,仍然采用模擬信號遠(yuǎn)傳的集中式測量方法,使用大量的應(yīng)變片采集機(jī)體表面的形變量數(shù)據(jù),在應(yīng)變片數(shù)量較多且分布密集的情況下,需要大量的線纜連接應(yīng)變片才能工作,有時(shí)候甚至需要上萬根線纜,給測試現(xiàn)場的布局布線帶來了極大的麻煩,而且還容易出現(xiàn)人為的連接錯(cuò)誤。為了減少現(xiàn)場布局布線的復(fù)雜性,本論文提出了新的解決方案,由智能的終端節(jié)點(diǎn)使用應(yīng)變片采集機(jī)體表面的形變量,總線驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器使用兩線制串行總線,一方面解決總線驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器和終端節(jié)點(diǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸問題,另一方面解決終端節(jié)點(diǎn)的供電問題。本論文的研究內(nèi)容是設(shè)計(jì)帶有7路兩線制接口的總線驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器,總線驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器能夠?qū)⒔K端節(jié)點(diǎn)采集的形變量數(shù)據(jù)通過以太網(wǎng)傳輸?shù)椒⻊?wù)器,同時(shí),增加了時(shí)間同步功能,給測量數(shù)據(jù)都增加了時(shí)間信息。本論文中使用的兩線制總線為XY·CN總線,可以同時(shí)解決節(jié)點(diǎn)的供電和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸問題,而且在終端節(jié)點(diǎn)連接到XY·CN總線的兩根線纜上時(shí),不用區(qū)分極性,這樣可以有效的減少人為的連接錯(cuò)誤。XY·CN總線在傳輸數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)使用異步串行通信的數(shù)據(jù)格式。本系統(tǒng)使用的主控制器為基于ARM Cortex M4架構(gòu)的TM4C1294NCPDT,利用TM4C1294NCPDT微控制器的以太網(wǎng)功能結(jié)合嵌入式以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議棧LwIP,把總線驅(qū)動(dòng)控制器設(shè)計(jì)為TCP/IP客戶端,將終端節(jié)點(diǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)以以太網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)包的形式上傳到局域網(wǎng)的服務(wù)器。
[Abstract]:In today's aircraft strength static test system, the centralized measurement method of analog signal transmission is still used. A large number of strain gauges are used to collect the shape variable data of the body surface. In the case of a large number of strain gauges and dense distribution,It requires a large number of cable to connect strain gauges to work, sometimes even tens of thousands of cables, which brings great trouble to the layout and wiring of the test site, but also prone to human connection errors.In order to reduce the complexity of field layout and wiring, a new solution is proposed in this paper. The intelligent terminal node uses strain gauges to collect the shape variables of the body surface, and the bus driver controller uses a two-wire serial bus.On the one hand, it solves the data transmission problem of bus driving controller and terminal node, on the other hand, it solves the power supply problem of terminal node.The research content of this paper is to design a bus driver controller with 7 channels two-wire interface. The bus driver controller can transmit the data of shape variables collected by terminal nodes to the server via Ethernet. At the same time, the function of time synchronization is added.Time information is added to the measurements.The two-wire bus used in this paper is XY CN bus, which can solve the problem of power supply and data transmission of the node simultaneously, and when the terminal node is connected to the two cables of the XY CN bus, there is no need to distinguish polarity.This can effectively reduce the artificial connection error. XY CN bus in the transmission of data using asynchronous serial communication data format.The main controller used in this system is TM4C1294NCPDTbased on ARM Cortex M4 architecture. With the Ethernet function of TM4C1294NCPDT microcontroller and the embedded Ethernet protocol stack LwIP, the bus driver controller is designed as TCP/IP client.The terminal node data is uploaded to the LAN server in the form of Ethernet packets.
