外物損傷對不銹鋼疲勞強度的影響

【摘要】:基于空氣炮法,針對不銹鋼平板試樣開展了外物損傷(FOD)模擬試驗,使用三維體式顯微鏡觀測了損傷的宏觀特征,并用掃描電子顯微鏡觀測了損傷的微觀特征,模擬外物損傷具有擠壓變形、材料的剪切丟失、塑性變形等宏觀特征和微小裂紋、塑性變形、微小缺口、片層結構等微觀特征.采用步進法對FOD試樣進行了高周疲勞試驗,試驗結果表明FOD使試樣的疲勞強度相對未損傷試樣下降超過14%,并且隨損傷尺寸的增大,試樣的疲勞強度基本呈降低的趨勢.疲勞源區(qū)多為損傷處的微小缺口或微小裂紋,說明FOD為疲勞裂紋的萌生和擴展提供了有利條件.
[Abstract]:Based on the air gun method, an external object damage simulation test was carried out for stainless steel plate specimens. The macroscopic damage characteristics were observed by using three-dimensional microscope, and the microscopic damage characteristics were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).The damage of simulated external objects is characterized by extrusion deformation, shearing loss of materials, plastic deformation and micro cracks, plastic deformation, tiny notches, lamellar structures and so on.The high cycle fatigue test of FOD specimen was carried out by step method. The results showed that the fatigue strength of FOD sample decreased by more than 14% compared with the undamaged specimen, and the fatigue strength of the specimen decreased with the increase of damage size.The fatigue source region is mostly a tiny notch or crack in the damage area, which indicates that FOD provides favorable conditions for the initiation and propagation of fatigue cracks.
