航空電連接器典型失效模式及影響分析

【摘要】:電連接器作為電氣線路互聯(lián)系統(tǒng)(Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems,EWIS)的重要部件,用于實(shí)現(xiàn)電信號的傳輸和控制以及電子與電氣設(shè)備之間的電連接,其可靠性直接影響到EWIS能否穩(wěn)定的工作以及飛機(jī)的安全飛行。本文針對航空電連接器的典型失效模式及影響進(jìn)行研究,主要完成以下工作:首先,以某型航空電連接器為例,給出了一種彎針分析的方法并利用MATLAB GUI開發(fā)了彎針分析軟件,該軟件可計(jì)算不同類型電連接器在多種彎針失效模式下的短路、斷路失效率。此外,通過對彎針失效的電連接器建立電路模型定量分析并仿真驗(yàn)證了彎針失效對電連接器接觸對間傳遞信號的干擾作用。其次,在對電連接器間歇性失效機(jī)理研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于元胞自動機(jī)算法模擬電連接器間歇性失效過程的方法,最終仿真得到電連接器的間歇性失效曲線。此外,建立電連接器間歇性失效時的電接觸阻抗模型和電路模型,定量分析并仿真驗(yàn)證了電連接器間歇性失效對高頻傳輸信號的衰減作用。然后,針對航空電氣系統(tǒng)中單個電連接器間歇性失效的檢測問題,提出了一種基于自適應(yīng)滑模觀測器的失效檢測方法。該方法通過等價誤差介入原理獲取電連接器特征參數(shù)的具體信息,從而可直接判斷出電連接器是否失效,避免故障誤報(bào)和漏報(bào)。仿真結(jié)果表明了設(shè)計(jì)方法的有效性。最后,針對多個電連接器間歇性失效的檢測問題,提出了一種結(jié)合奉獻(xiàn)觀測器和滑模觀測器策略的方法。該方法采用奉獻(xiàn)觀測器隔離出可能失效的電連接器,并通過滑模觀測器對定位出的電連接器的特征參數(shù)和系統(tǒng)中的擾動同時進(jìn)行重構(gòu)。仿真結(jié)果表明設(shè)計(jì)的方法可提高多失效檢測的準(zhǔn)確度。
[Abstract]:As an important component of Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems (EWIS), electrical connectors are used to realize the transmission and control of electrical signals and the electrical connection between electronic and electrical devices. Its reliability directly affects the stability of EWIS and the safe flight of aircraft. In this paper, the typical failure modes and effects of avionics connectors are studied. The main works are as follows: first, take a certain type of aircraft electrical connectors as an example. A bending needle analysis method is presented and a bending needle analysis software is developed by using MATLAB GUI. The software can calculate the short circuit and break failure rate of different types of electrical connectors under various bending pin failure modes. Through the quantitative analysis of circuit model of electric connector with bending needle failure and simulation, the interference effect of bending needle failure on contact signal transfer between electric connector is verified. Secondly, based on the research of intermittent failure mechanism of electric connector, A method of simulating the intermittent failure process of electrical connectors based on cellular automata algorithm is proposed. Finally, the intermittent failure curves of electrical connectors are obtained by simulation. The electrical contact impedance model and circuit model for intermittent failure of electrical connectors are established. Quantitative analysis and simulation verify the attenuation effect of intermittent failure of electrical connectors on high-frequency transmission signals. In order to detect the intermittent failure of single electrical connector in aeronautical electrical system, A fault detection method based on adaptive sliding mode observer (ASO) is proposed, in which the specific information of the characteristic parameters of electrical connectors is obtained by the principle of equivalent error intervention, and the failure of electrical connectors can be directly determined. The simulation results show that the design method is effective. Finally, aiming at the intermittent failure detection of multiple electrical connectors, In this paper, a method of combining dedication observer with sliding mode observer strategy is proposed, which is used to isolate electrical connectors that may fail. The characteristic parameters of the located electrical connector and the disturbance in the system are reconstructed simultaneously by the sliding mode observer. The simulation results show that the design method can improve the accuracy of multi-failure detection.
