【摘要】:油膜干涉試驗可以定量測量得到模型壁面的摩擦應力,是開展摩阻特性研究的有力工具。通過對油膜干涉試驗技術中的試驗原理、試驗方法、誤差修正、數(shù)據(jù)結果分析等關鍵問題的研究,初步建立了試驗系統(tǒng),具備了開展模型壁面摩阻特性研究的試驗能力。綜合分析表面熱膜試驗結果與數(shù)值計算結果,在以模型弦長為特征長度,試驗雷諾數(shù)Re=1.3×106的條件下,翼型表面摩擦應力沿模型弦向的分布規(guī)律具有較好的一致性。
[Abstract]:The oil film interference test can quantitatively measure the friction stress on the wall of the model and is a powerful tool for the study of friction characteristics. Based on the research of the key problems, such as the analysis of data results, the experimental system has been established preliminarily, which has the ability to carry out the research on the friction characteristics of the model wall, and synthetically analyzes the results of the surface thermal film test and the numerical calculation results. Under the condition that the length of the model chord is the characteristic length and the Reynolds number is Re=1.3 脳 10 ~ 6, the distribution of friction stress along the chordal direction of the airfoil surface is in good agreement.
