航空航天發(fā)動機W型封嚴環(huán)試驗臺測控系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:著眼于航空航天W型封嚴環(huán)基礎和應用試驗研究,學習研究了W型封嚴環(huán)性能測試內(nèi)容、測試方法;谠囼炦^程自動化趨勢、計算機自動控制及現(xiàn)代集成技術以及試驗臺試驗內(nèi)容,設計了測控系統(tǒng)組成方案,開發(fā)了試驗軟件,測控系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了測控過程及試驗后采集數(shù)據(jù)的全自動化處理、測試數(shù)據(jù)的自動保存及自動預警等內(nèi)容。本文所做的主要工作有:詳細分析測控系統(tǒng)設計方案、各子系統(tǒng)功能模塊設計實現(xiàn),完成試驗臺測控系統(tǒng)總體方案設計,試驗臺電氣系統(tǒng)方案設計,各子系統(tǒng)方案詳細工程設計,測控系統(tǒng)硬件及設備選型。完成測控系統(tǒng)試驗軟件設計分析、架構(gòu)設計。使用C++開發(fā)了試驗控制軟件,基于“易控”工程組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)了上位機試驗軟件人機界面,包含主界面、各分系統(tǒng)界面,界面主要功能分為:控制區(qū)域、監(jiān)視區(qū)域、報警區(qū)域,測控數(shù)據(jù)顯示直觀,重要參數(shù)自動保存,操作方便可靠,實時顯示關鍵試驗參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)圖表。設計了上、下壓板平行度校準方案,主要用于實現(xiàn)軟件對壓板不平行度的監(jiān)測與校準。完成測控子系統(tǒng)間的通訊協(xié)議編寫,實現(xiàn)不同設備間相互通訊。完成試驗臺位移變形采零方案設計。完成試驗臺電氣柜原理圖及工程圖設計。編寫軟件設計說明書,測控系統(tǒng)集成調(diào)試。本試驗測控系統(tǒng)不僅提高了試驗臺的自動化程度、測量精度、控制精度、可靠性,而且實現(xiàn)了人工不方便或無法較好實現(xiàn)的變工況試驗等內(nèi)容,實現(xiàn)了試驗效率的大幅提升,對廣大航空航天發(fā)動機及相關領域的科研單位、生產(chǎn)廠家具有一定應用價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic and applied experimental research of W seal ring in aerospace, the testing content and test method of W seal ring performance are studied. Based on the trend of automation of test process, The automatic computer control and modern integrated technology and the test contents of the test bench are designed. The test software is developed and the measuring and controlling system realizes the automatic processing of the measurement and control process and the data collected after the test. The main work of this paper is to analyze the design scheme of the measurement and control system in detail, to design and implement the functional modules of each subsystem, and to complete the overall scheme design of the measurement and control system of the test bed. The electrical system scheme design of the test bed, the detailed engineering design of each subsystem scheme, the hardware and equipment selection of the measurement and control system, the design and analysis of the test software and the structure design of the measurement and control system are completed. Based on the configuration software of "easy to control" project, the man-machine interface of the upper computer test software is developed, which includes the main interface, the interface of each sub-system, and the main functions of the interface are as follows: control area, monitoring area, alarm area, visual display of measurement and control data. The important parameters are saved automatically, the operation is convenient and reliable, the key test parameter data chart is displayed in real time, and the calibration scheme of parallelism between upper and lower pressure plates is designed. It is mainly used to monitor and calibrate the nonparallelism of pressure plate by software. Realize the communication between different equipments, complete the design of the zero plan of displacement and deformation of the test bed, complete the design of the schematic diagram and the engineering diagram of the electric gas cabinet of the test bed, compile the software design specification, The test and control system not only improves the degree of automation, measurement precision, control precision and reliability of the test bed, but also realizes the manual inconvenient or unrealized off-condition test, etc. The test efficiency has been greatly improved, and it has certain application value to the scientific research units of aeronautical and aerospace engines and related fields.
