武器艙氣動噪聲主動流動控制技術風洞試驗研究

【摘要】:針對飛機彈艙高強度氣動噪聲、內埋武器分離安全性等問題,以高速風洞動靜態(tài)壓力測量技術為研究手段,開展了基于脈沖射流激勵器(Powered Resonance Tubes,PRTB)的武器艙氣動噪聲抑制技術試驗研究。試驗結果表明,試驗模型具有典型的開式空腔流動特點,武器艙內部非定常流動引起的聲載荷可達到150dB。PIV試驗結果研究表明空腔前緣布置主動脈沖射流激勵器對剪切層施加激勵,會改變武器艙上部剪切層的流動特性,對這種高強度的聲載荷起到一定的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of high-intensity aerodynamic noise of aircraft projectile cabin and the safety of the separation of buried weapons, the dynamic and static pressure measurement technology of high-speed wind tunnel is used as the research means. An experimental study on aerodynamic noise suppression technology of weapon cabin based on pulsed jet actuator powered Resonance tubules has been carried out. The experimental results show that the experimental model has typical characteristics of open cavity flow. The acoustic load caused by unsteady flow in the weapon cabin can reach 150dB.PIV experimental results show that the flow characteristics of the upper shear layer of the weapon cabin can be changed by the excitation of the shear layer by the active pulse jet actuator arranged in the front edge of the cavity. This high intensity of sound load plays a certain role in the suppression.
