【摘要】：機(jī)坪加油管網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)是飛機(jī)加油作業(yè)的重要設(shè)施,而加油栓井的布局規(guī)劃和運(yùn)行管理是否科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、實(shí)用,則直接影響加油系統(tǒng)的安全和高效運(yùn)行�；诖�,收集整理了布置加油栓井時需要遵循的相關(guān)規(guī)范和安全準(zhǔn)則,結(jié)合新型低高度管道加油車的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),繪制了加油車地井膠管伸展域漸開線并初步確定了加油栓井可選域。利用CAD設(shè)計(jì)法對單一機(jī)型機(jī)位和多機(jī)型機(jī)位的加油栓井可選域進(jìn)行了研究,綜合考慮加油員的勞動強(qiáng)度及現(xiàn)場定位的便捷性,依據(jù)飛機(jī)外形參數(shù)推測了共用機(jī)位能夠使用的機(jī)型和需要單獨(dú)設(shè)置機(jī)位的機(jī)型,同時給出了各類機(jī)位上加油栓井可選域的確定方法和量化模型,為新建和擴(kuò)建機(jī)場停機(jī)坪的加油栓井布局及計(jì)算機(jī)輔助優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The aeroplane refueling pipe network system is an important facility for aircraft refueling operation. Whether the layout planning and operation management of the refueling well is scientific, economical and practical will directly affect the safe and efficient operation of the refueling system. Collected and sorted out the relevant codes and safety guidelines to be followed when laying oil hydrant wells, combined with the structural characteristics of a new type of low altitude pipeline filling vehicle, In this paper, the involute of the rubber tube extension region of the oil filling vehicle ground well is drawn, and the optional region of the refueling plug well is preliminarily determined. By using the CAD design method, the optional range of the single type machine position and the multi type machine position is studied. Considering the labor intensity of refueling workers and the convenience of locating on the spot, according to the aircraft shape parameters, the models that can be used in the common airframe and those that need to be set up separately are inferred. At the same time, the determination method and the quantitative model of the optional range of the refueling well on various kinds of aircraft stations are given, which provides the basis for the layout of the refueling well and the computer aided optimization design for the new and extended airport tarmac.
