【摘要】：飛機(jī)平視顯示器(以下簡(jiǎn)稱HUD)是一項(xiàng)航行新技術(shù),利用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)將地面導(dǎo)航和飛行姿態(tài)信息集成顯示在平視顯示器上,駕駛員可保持平視狀態(tài)注視平視鏡上的儀表和導(dǎo)航數(shù)據(jù),跟隨HUD指引飛行。HUD顯示器上的數(shù)據(jù)與飛機(jī)外界實(shí)景疊加,飛行員可隨時(shí)根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)指示修正飛行狀態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化飛行,有效防止各類天氣條件下的飛行技術(shù)誤差。國(guó)際民航組織(ICAO)在國(guó)際民航公約附件6中確定了HUD技術(shù)的特性及其應(yīng)用,要求各成員國(guó)民航局推進(jìn)利用這項(xiàng)技術(shù)改善飛行品質(zhì),提升航空安全水平。 中國(guó)民航在“建設(shè)民航強(qiáng)國(guó)”戰(zhàn)略和“十二五”規(guī)劃中,明確指出加快推進(jìn)航行新技術(shù)應(yīng)用對(duì)確保民航快速發(fā)展過程中的持續(xù)安全具有積極作用和重大意義,并提出了總體目標(biāo)和要求,HUD是其中重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目之一。 中國(guó)民航局從2004年就啟動(dòng)了對(duì)HUD應(yīng)用的相關(guān)準(zhǔn)備工作,2005年山東航空公司作為試點(diǎn)單位開始在其飛機(jī)上加裝HUD。目前中國(guó)民航的總體HUD加改裝進(jìn)程相對(duì)緩慢,主要原因在于大家對(duì)HUD的認(rèn)識(shí)還不充分,不了解其好處。2012年中國(guó)民航總局發(fā)布了《平視顯示器應(yīng)用發(fā)展路線圖》一書,明確了HUD在中國(guó)民航應(yīng)用的時(shí)間表。本文將要介紹HUD的工作原理,分析研究其應(yīng)用對(duì)民航的意義,并對(duì)某機(jī)場(chǎng)實(shí)施特殊Ⅱ類運(yùn)行進(jìn)行程序評(píng)估。
