【摘要】：飛機平視顯示器(以下簡稱HUD)是一項航行新技術,利用計算機技術將地面導航和飛行姿態(tài)信息集成顯示在平視顯示器上,駕駛員可保持平視狀態(tài)注視平視鏡上的儀表和導航數(shù)據(jù),跟隨HUD指引飛行。HUD顯示器上的數(shù)據(jù)與飛機外界實景疊加,飛行員可隨時根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)指示修正飛行狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)精細化飛行,有效防止各類天氣條件下的飛行技術誤差。國際民航組織(ICAO)在國際民航公約附件6中確定了HUD技術的特性及其應用,要求各成員國民航局推進利用這項技術改善飛行品質,提升航空安全水平。 中國民航在“建設民航強國”戰(zhàn)略和“十二五”規(guī)劃中,明確指出加快推進航行新技術應用對確保民航快速發(fā)展過程中的持續(xù)安全具有積極作用和重大意義,并提出了總體目標和要求,HUD是其中重點推進的項目之一。 中國民航局從2004年就啟動了對HUD應用的相關準備工作,2005年山東航空公司作為試點單位開始在其飛機上加裝HUD。目前中國民航的總體HUD加改裝進程相對緩慢,主要原因在于大家對HUD的認識還不充分,不了解其好處。2012年中國民航總局發(fā)布了《平視顯示器應用發(fā)展路線圖》一書,明確了HUD在中國民航應用的時間表。本文將要介紹HUD的工作原理,分析研究其應用對民航的意義,并對某機場實施特殊Ⅱ類運行進行程序評估。
