使用HUD實施特殊Ⅱ類運行的研究

【摘要】:飛機平視顯示器(以下簡稱HUD)是一項航行新技術,利用計算機技術將地面導航和飛行姿態(tài)信息集成顯示在平視顯示器上,駕駛員可保持平視狀態(tài)注視平視鏡上的儀表和導航數(shù)據(jù),跟隨HUD指引飛行。HUD顯示器上的數(shù)據(jù)與飛機外界實景疊加,飛行員可隨時根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)指示修正飛行狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)精細化飛行,有效防止各類天氣條件下的飛行技術誤差。國際民航組織(ICAO)在國際民航公約附件6中確定了HUD技術的特性及其應用,要求各成員國民航局推進利用這項技術改善飛行品質,提升航空安全水平。 中國民航在“建設民航強國”戰(zhàn)略和“十二五”規(guī)劃中,明確指出加快推進航行新技術應用對確保民航快速發(fā)展過程中的持續(xù)安全具有積極作用和重大意義,并提出了總體目標和要求,HUD是其中重點推進的項目之一。 中國民航局從2004年就啟動了對HUD應用的相關準備工作,2005年山東航空公司作為試點單位開始在其飛機上加裝HUD。目前中國民航的總體HUD加改裝進程相對緩慢,主要原因在于大家對HUD的認識還不充分,不了解其好處。2012年中國民航總局發(fā)布了《平視顯示器應用發(fā)展路線圖》一書,明確了HUD在中國民航應用的時間表。本文將要介紹HUD的工作原理,分析研究其應用對民航的意義,并對某機場實施特殊Ⅱ類運行進行程序評估。
[Abstract]:Aircraft level display (HUD) is a new navigation technology, which uses computer technology to integrate the ground navigation and flight attitude information on the plane display. The pilot can observe the instrument and navigation data on the plane mirror in the state of level view, follow the data on the display of the HUD to superimpose the data on the display of the plane, and the pilot can modify the flight state according to the data instructions at any time, and realize the fine flight. The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), in Annex 6 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, defines the characteristics of HUD technology and its application, and requires the civil aviation authorities of member States to promote the use of this technology to improve flight quality, Improve aviation safety. In 2005, Shandong Airlines began to install HUDs on its aircraft as a pilot unit. At present, the overall HUD plus refit process of China's civil aviation is relatively slow.
