【摘要】：為了掌握發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)氣流量對(duì)水滴撞擊特性的影響規(guī)律,采用歐拉方法建立水滴運(yùn)動(dòng)方程,基于分區(qū)多塊結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)格體系求解水滴運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,提出了復(fù)雜外形飛機(jī)水滴撞擊特性的計(jì)算方法.基于該方法對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)氣道唇口進(jìn)行水滴撞擊特性分析,研究了不同發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)氣流量對(duì)進(jìn)氣道唇口水滴撞擊特性的影響.結(jié)果表明,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)氣流量越大,水滴收集系數(shù)最大值越大.因此,航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)吊艙進(jìn)氣道前緣的防除冰系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)必須考慮不同飛行狀態(tài)下進(jìn)氣流量的影響.
[Abstract]:In order to understand the influence of engine intake flow rate on the impact characteristics of water droplets, the Euler method is used to establish the motion equation of water droplets, and the track of water droplets is solved based on the multi-block grid system. A method for calculating the impingement characteristics of aircraft water droplets with complex shapes is presented. Based on this method, the impingement characteristics of the inlet lip of the engine are analyzed. The effects of different intake flow rates on the impingement characteristics of the inlet lip droplets are studied. The results show that the higher the intake flow rate, the greater the maximum water droplet collection coefficient. The design of anti-icing system for the leading edge of the intake port of the aero-engine pods must take into account the influence of the intake air flow rate under different flight conditions.
