【摘要】:閉式整體葉盤作為航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的關(guān)鍵零件,其結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,加工精度要求高,通常使用難切削材料,如鈦合金或高溫合金等,加工難度大,在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過程中通常采用多軸數(shù)控加工。為了使閉式整體葉盤的生產(chǎn)水平得以提高,本文結(jié)合企業(yè)的具體生產(chǎn)情況,以WZ-122A型航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)壓氣機(jī)二級(jí)靜子(一種閉式整體葉盤)為研究對象,對這類零件的五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工技術(shù)展開研究。本文根據(jù)閉式葉盤的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),完成閉式葉盤參數(shù)化建模。結(jié)合五軸聯(lián)動(dòng)數(shù)控加工特點(diǎn),研究了閉式葉盤的加工工藝,其中包括:閉式葉盤的加工難點(diǎn)、工藝內(nèi)容、毛坯選擇、切削參數(shù)選擇、刀具選擇等。根據(jù)閉式葉盤結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),確定閉式葉盤數(shù)控加工的刀軸矢量,基于UG/CAM平臺(tái),對閉式葉盤整個(gè)加工過程進(jìn)行了編制,得到了刀位軌跡文件。針對實(shí)際加工使用的Hermle C22U五軸數(shù)控機(jī)床,后置處理文件采用UG/Post Builder創(chuàng)建,并將UG所得的刀位軌跡文件轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)控程序。閉式葉盤數(shù)控加工過程的仿真利用Vericut軟件完成,本文規(guī)劃刀具軌跡的可行性得以驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:As the key part of aero-engine, the closed integral impeller is difficult to process because of its complex structure and high machining precision. It is usually difficult to be machined by hard cutting materials, such as titanium alloy or superalloy. In the actual production process, the multi-axis NC machining is usually used. In order to improve the production level of the closed integral disk, this paper combines the specific production situation of the enterprise. In this paper, the two-stage stator of WZ-122A aeroengine compressor (a kind of closed integral impeller) is taken as the research object. According to the structural characteristics of the closed blade disk, the parametric modeling of the closed blade disk is completed, and the characteristics of the five-axis linkage NC machining are combined with the research on the five-axis linkage NC machining technology of this kind of parts. The machining technology of the closed leaf disk is studied, including the machining difficulty, the process content, the blank selection, the cutting parameter selection, the tool selection and so on, according to the structure characteristic of the closed blade disk. Based on the UG/CAM platform, the whole machining process of the closed blade disk is programmed based on the tool axis vector of the NC machining of the closed blade disk. For the Hermle C22U five-axis NC machine tool used in practical machining, the post-processing file is created by UG/Post Builder. The NC machining process of closed blade disk is simulated by Vericut software, and the feasibility of tool path planning in this paper is verified.
