【摘要】:炮射導(dǎo)彈技術(shù)、炮彈增程技術(shù)和末段修正迫擊炮技術(shù)等新一代戰(zhàn)術(shù)武器技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對固體火箭發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的抗過載能力提出了較高要求。這些新型戰(zhàn)術(shù)武器所搭載的固體火箭發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在發(fā)射過程中承受高過載,其內(nèi)部的固體推進(jìn)劑裝藥在很高的軸向沖擊載荷作用下,發(fā)生高應(yīng)變率變形,這是造成裝藥結(jié)構(gòu)破壞的一個(gè)重要原因。為提高裝藥結(jié)構(gòu)在沖擊載荷作用下的強(qiáng)度,有必要開展沖擊載荷作用下固體推進(jìn)劑的動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能的研究。SHPB(分離式霍普金森壓桿)實(shí)驗(yàn)是研究材料高應(yīng)變率力學(xué)行為的一種有效的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法。本文針對某種改性雙基推進(jìn)劑,對傳統(tǒng)的SHPB系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),并應(yīng)用經(jīng)過改進(jìn)的SHPB實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)開展了常溫高應(yīng)變率壓縮實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得了該種材料在400s-1-5000s-1應(yīng)變率范圍內(nèi)的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線。此外,本文通過有限元仿真方法研究了SHPB實(shí)驗(yàn)中試件的應(yīng)力均勻性。仿真結(jié)果表明,實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)試件內(nèi)部的應(yīng)力均勻性滿足要求。SHPB實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,改性雙基推進(jìn)劑的高應(yīng)變率壓縮力學(xué)行為具有顯著的應(yīng)變率相關(guān)性。本文根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),得到了描述改性雙基推進(jìn)劑屈服行為的力學(xué)參數(shù)與應(yīng)變率的關(guān)系式。本文最后根據(jù)SHPB實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得的應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線,采用最小二乘法擬合得到了高應(yīng)變率朱王唐本構(gòu)模型的參數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)該模型能夠較好地描述改性雙基推進(jìn)劑在高應(yīng)變率下屈服前以及屈服點(diǎn)附近的力學(xué)行為。
[Abstract]:Gun launched missile technology, development of technology and the increase of shells of Terminal Correction Mortar Technology, a new generation of tactical weapons technology, puts forward higher requirements for the solid rocket motor is equipped with overload resistance. These new tactical weapons of solid rocket engine during the launch process under high overload, its internal solid propellant in the axial impact load is very high under the high strain rate deformation, which is an important cause of charge structure damage. In order to improve the charge structure under impact strength, it is necessary to carry out research on.SHPB dynamic mechanical properties of solid propellant under impact load (the split Hopkinson pressure bar) experiment is an effective experimental method to study the mechanical behavior of material under high strain rate. According to a modified double base propellant, SHPB improves the traditional system, and the application A modified SHPB test system was carried out at room temperature and high strain rate compression experiment, this kind of material in the 400s-1-5000s-1 strain rate stress-strain curve within the range obtained. In addition, through the method of finite element simulation on stress the uniformity in the SHPB experiment. The simulation results show that the test specimen the stress uniformity to meet the requirements of.SHPB. The experimental results show that the modified double base propellant at high strain rate compressive mechanical behavior with strain rate correlation. According to experimental data, the equation describing the modified double base propellant yield behavior of mechanical parameters and strain rate are obtained. Finally, according to the SHPB obtained by experimental stress strain curve, using the least squares fitting parameters of Zhu Wang Tang Bengou model of high strain rate has been found, the model can better describe the modified double base propellant yield under high strain rate before And the mechanical behavior in the vicinity of the yield point.
