【摘要】：為探討內(nèi)級(jí)旋流器旋流數(shù)對(duì)三級(jí)旋流流場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,采用2D-PIV流場(chǎng)測(cè)試技術(shù),對(duì)三級(jí)旋流燃燒室簡(jiǎn)化模型開(kāi)展試驗(yàn)研究。研究結(jié)果表明:內(nèi)級(jí)旋流器旋流強(qiáng)弱并不是回流區(qū)形成的主要決定因素;隨著內(nèi)級(jí)旋流器旋流數(shù)的增加,回流區(qū)軸向長(zhǎng)度逐漸變短,最大回流量逐漸增大,而對(duì)渦心位置、回流區(qū)徑向?qū)挾扔绊戄^小;回流區(qū)形狀同時(shí)受內(nèi)級(jí)旋流器旋流數(shù)及外級(jí)旋流器旋流數(shù)的影響,當(dāng)內(nèi)級(jí)旋流器旋流數(shù)相對(duì)外級(jí)旋流器旋流數(shù)足夠小時(shí),較易出現(xiàn)尾跡區(qū)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the influence of swirl number on the level three level vortex flow structure, the testing technology of 2D-PIV field on the three swirl combustion chamber model to carry out experiments. The results show that: in the level of the swirl intensity and the main factors for the formation of the recirculation zone is decided; with the increase in the level of the swirl number and the axial length of the recirculation zone becomes shorter, the maximum return flow increases gradually, and the heart has little effect on the position of the vortex, the radial width of recirculation zone; influence of recirculation zone cyclone and shape of swirl number and swirl number in the class, when the inner cyclone swirl number relative to the outer swirler number enough level hours are prone to wake.
