【摘要】:以改性雙基推進劑為基礎,研究了消焰劑對排氣羽煙的影響、消焰劑對排氣羽流的影響、消焰劑的最佳添加量與發(fā)動機能量水平的關系。結果表明,鉀鹽的加入量在4%以內時對紅外、激光、可見光透過率的影響不明顯。鉀鹽的加入能大幅降低推進劑的火焰溫度,4%的鉀鹽可使火焰溫度降低至少400℃,并消除了二次燃燒火焰,尾焰尺寸縮小了約70%(以火焰最大寬度計算)。推進劑中消焰劑的最佳添加量(能完全消除二次燃燒時的最小添加量)隨著發(fā)動機推力水平的增大而增加。
[Abstract]:Based on the modified double base propellant, the effect of flame suppressant on exhaust plume, the influence of flame suppressor on exhaust plume, and the relationship between the optimum amount of flame suppressor and engine energy level were studied. When the amount of potassium salt is less than 4%, the influence of potassium salt on infrared, laser, visible light transmittance is not obvious. The addition of potassium salt can greatly reduce the flame temperature of propellant. 4% potassium salt can reduce the flame temperature by at least 400 鈩,
