【摘要】:發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是民航飛機(jī)配裝的重要?jiǎng)恿ρb置。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部附件的可靠性與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的正常運(yùn)行相關(guān)性極大,進(jìn)而影響整架飛機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀況。對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部附件進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確高效的可靠性參數(shù)估計(jì),可以判斷某個(gè)部附件的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),據(jù)此進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的技術(shù)維護(hù)與支持工作,同時(shí)能夠從整體上對(duì)該種部附件的可靠性趨勢(shì)變化有更深入的理解,并為維修計(jì)劃的制定提供重要技術(shù)依據(jù)。本文緊密依靠實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合生存分析的非參數(shù)數(shù)學(xué)方法,對(duì)航空公司發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部附件壽命數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了整理、計(jì)算和分析。首先,在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以生存分析為框架,基于Kaplan-Meier乘積限估計(jì)、核密度估計(jì)等非參數(shù)方法,設(shè)計(jì)并提出了可靠性、失效密度和失效率三種參數(shù)的估計(jì)的算法;然后,對(duì)收集來(lái)的某公司發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)部附件的使用與維修記錄進(jìn)行整理,去除冗余、無(wú)效和邏輯錯(cuò)誤的數(shù)據(jù),篩選出典型部附件以備分析,并標(biāo)明每條記錄的狀態(tài)為刪失或壽終;接下來(lái),運(yùn)用三種參數(shù)的估計(jì)算法,對(duì)每種典型部附件進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并結(jié)合維修與故障記錄,詳細(xì)分析了其可靠性變化趨勢(shì)和原因;最后,使用MATLAB和C#語(yǔ)言開(kāi)發(fā)了可供可靠性計(jì)算與分析的軟件程序。分析結(jié)果表明,失效規(guī)律為早期失效型的部附件,其組成部分有特殊材料或者氣動(dòng)零件,如火花塞、高壓引氣活門(mén);失效規(guī)律為耗損失效型的部附件,通常為液壓相關(guān)部附件,如燃油計(jì)量裝置、液壓泵組件;失效規(guī)律為偶然失效型的部附件,一般含有電氣和控制部分,如燃油計(jì)量裝置、起動(dòng)器。部附件可以同時(shí)具有多種失效規(guī)律。另外,各種部件的維修質(zhì)量不盡相同,整體維修質(zhì)量有待提高。計(jì)算與分析的結(jié)果表明,非參數(shù)可靠性估計(jì)算法能夠準(zhǔn)確描述部附件的可靠性變化情況,其適用性強(qiáng)、使用方便,能夠?yàn)榫S修計(jì)劃提供重要的技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:Engine is an important power device for civil aviation aircraft. The reliability of engine accessories is closely related to the normal operation of the engine. And then affect the operation of the whole aircraft. Accurate and efficient reliability parameter estimation of engine accessories can judge the running state of a certain part accessories, and then carry out the corresponding technical maintenance and support work. At the same time, we can have a deeper understanding of the reliability trend of this kind of accessories, and provide an important technical basis for the maintenance plan formulation. This paper closely depends on the actual operation data. Combined with the non-parametric mathematical method of survival analysis, the life data of aeronautical engine accessories are collated, calculated and analyzed. Firstly, based on the previous studies, survival analysis is taken as the framework. Based on the nonparametric methods such as Kaplan-Meier product limit estimation and kernel density estimation, the estimation algorithms of reliability, failure density and failure rate are designed and proposed. Then, the use and maintenance records of engine accessories collected from a company are sorted out to remove the data of redundancy, invalidation and logic errors, and the typical parts are screened for analysis. And to mark the state of each record as deleted or end-of-life; Then, using the estimation algorithm of three kinds of parameters, the paper calculates each typical part attachment, and analyzes its reliability change trend and reason in detail combined with maintenance and fault record. Finally, a software program for reliability calculation and analysis is developed by using MATLAB and C # language. The results show that the failure rule is an accessory of early failure type. Its components have special materials or pneumatic parts, such as spark plugs, high pressure exhaust valve; The failure rule is the part accessory of the wear and tear failure type, usually the hydraulic related parts accessories, such as fuel metering device, hydraulic pump assembly; Failure law is accidental failure type of parts accessories, generally containing electrical and control parts, such as fuel metering devices, starters, parts accessories can simultaneously have a variety of failure laws. The maintenance quality of various parts is different, and the overall maintenance quality needs to be improved. The results of calculation and analysis show that the non-parametric reliability estimation algorithm can accurately describe the reliability changes of the accessories, and its applicability is strong. Easy to use, can provide important technical support for maintenance plan.
