【摘要】：已有的管道極限彎矩承載力解析方法忽略了截面的橢圓化變形,且假設(shè)管道截面達(dá)到全塑性抵抗力,這對(duì)于薄壁管道是不合理的。針對(duì)這些不足,在已有解析解的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮管道截面塑性區(qū)的橢圓化變形以及管道軸向與環(huán)向材料的各向異性,推導(dǎo)了管道在內(nèi)壓、軸向力和彎矩聯(lián)合荷載作用下的極限彎矩承載力解析解。并通過(guò)定義材料屈服后不同的廣義模量,提出了管道極限彎矩承載力的上限解析解和下限解析解。在此基礎(chǔ)上,研究了材料各向異性系數(shù)、徑厚比以及初始荷載等參數(shù)對(duì)極限彎矩承載力上限和下限解析解的影響,并得到了一些有益的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The existing analytical method of the ultimate bending moment of the pipe ignores the ovalization of the section, and it is assumed that the section of the pipe reaches the full-plastic resistance, which is unreasonable for the thin-wall pipe. Based on the existing analytical solution, the analytic solution of the ultimate bending moment capacity under the combined load of the inner pressure, the axial force and the bending moment of the pipe is derived based on the existing analytical solution. The upper and lower analytical solutions of the ultimate bending moment capacity of the pipe are presented by defining the different generalized modulus of the material after yielding. On this basis, the influence of the parameters such as the material anisotropy coefficient, the thickness ratio and the initial load on the upper limit and the lower limit analytical solution of the ultimate bending moment is studied, and some useful conclusions are obtained.
