黃河濟南段柱狀沉積物中木質(zhì)素的分布特征

【摘要】:河流是有機物從陸地向海輸送的重要紐帶。研究河流沉積環(huán)境中有機物的來源、貢獻和分布情況,對于評估陸源有機物的碳循環(huán)以及反演環(huán)境演變具有重要意義。本文以黃河濟南段的柱狀沉積物為例,利用堿性CuO把木質(zhì)素氧化分解為不同的單體并通過GC-FID測定,初步探討了木質(zhì)素的垂直分布特征和有機物來源。研究結(jié)果表明:木質(zhì)素的含量Σ8(mg/10gds)的變化范圍0.0029~0.60mg/10gds,其Σ8的值整體較低,少數(shù)值幾乎接近檢出限,可能與黃河含沙量大,砂質(zhì)顆粒物的有機質(zhì)本身含量較低有關(guān),同時低Σ8很好地揭示了沉積物樣品的貧有機質(zhì)特征;木質(zhì)素的植被參數(shù)S/V和C/V表明其母源植被多以被子植物的葉或草為主,部分區(qū)段摻雜著裸子植物草本組織。其降解參數(shù)(Ad/Al和P/(V+S))則揭示了木質(zhì)素經(jīng)歷了中高程度的氧化降解和較強的去甲基/去甲氧基降解。此外,C/V和3,5-Bd/V(3,5-雙羥基苯甲酸/V)的關(guān)系說明該研究區(qū)域有機物主要來自土壤的貢獻。
[Abstract]:Rivers are an important link in the transport of organic matter from land to sea. The study on the source, contribution and distribution of organic matter in fluvial sedimentary environment is of great significance for assessing the carbon cycle of terrestrial organic matter and inversion of environmental evolution. Taking the columnar sediments of Jinan section of the Yellow River as an example, lignin was oxidized into different monomers by alkaline CuO and determined by GC-FID. The vertical distribution characteristics of lignin and the source of organic matter were discussed. The results show that the change range of lignin content 危 8 (mg/10gds) is 0.0029 ~ 0.60 mg / 10 GDP, its 危 8 value is lower as a whole, and a few values are almost close to the detection limit, which may be related to the high sediment content of the Yellow River. The content of organic matter in sandy particulate matter is relatively low, and the low 危 8 well reveals the characteristics of poor organic matter in sediment samples. The vegetation parameters S _ (V) and C _ (V) of lignin indicated that the parent vegetation was mainly composed of angiosperm leaf or grass, and some parts of lignin were mixed with gymnosperms herbaceous tissue. Its degradation parameters (Ad/Al and P / (V S) revealed that lignin experienced moderate and high degree of oxidative degradation and strong demethylation / demethoxy degradation. In addition, the relationship between C, V and 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid / V (3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid / V) indicates that the organic matter in the study area is mainly from the contribution of soil.
