納濾-反滲透集成處理海水淡化濃鹽水工藝研究

【摘要】:以減排和資源再利用為目的,基于化學(xué)法與膜法相結(jié)合的海水淡化濃鹽水綜合利用工藝,系統(tǒng)研究了脫硬后濃海水利用納濾(NF)脫硫酸根、通過反滲透(RO)實現(xiàn)海水二次淡化和深度濃縮的工藝過程。結(jié)果表明,NF270膜、DL2540NF膜分別能將SO_4~(2-)的濃度降低到3 mmol/L和2 mmol/L以下;RO對脫硬后濃海水中各離子均有較好脫除效果,達(dá)99%,濃縮1.45倍。工藝將化學(xué)法脫硬、NF、RO等膜法分離與濃縮技術(shù)綜合考慮,能大幅提高淡水回收率,為氯堿工業(yè)提供液體鹽原料,有利于降低淡化成本。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce emission and reuse of resources, based on the comprehensive utilization process of desalination of concentrated brine by chemical method and membrane method, the desalination of sulfate from concentrated seawater by nanofiltration (NF) after desalination was systematically studied. The process of secondary desalination and deep concentration of seawater was realized by reverse osmosis (RO). The results showed that NF270 membrane and DL2540NF membrane could reduce the concentration of SO_4~ (2-) to less than 3 mmol/L and 2 mmol/L, respectively, and RO had a good removal effect on each ion in desalinated sea water, up to 99% and 1.45 times concentration. Chemical de-hardening, NF,RO and other membrane separation and concentration techniques can greatly increase the recovery of fresh water, provide liquid salt raw materials for chlor-alkali industry, and reduce the desalination cost.
