陣列式位移計測試技術(shù)在吸入式組合樁力學(xué)試驗中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:陣列式位移計(SAA)應(yīng)用微電機系統(tǒng)(MEMS)加速度測試儀測量相應(yīng)的位移,傾斜角和加速度。該方法具有很高的精度,且該系統(tǒng)能夠動態(tài)跟蹤測試,并且可以重復(fù)利用。本文介紹了SAA測試系統(tǒng)在吸入式組合樁承載力特性模型試驗研究中的應(yīng)用,該模型試驗研究了不同長徑比、荷載作用角度和樁間距3個重要因素對樁的斜向承載力的影響。結(jié)果表明:SAA測試系統(tǒng)可全面,直觀地反映出組合樁模型在不同長徑比、荷載作用角度和樁間距的樁體在不同級的荷載下的沿著樁深各點位移情況,而且能較好的顯示樁體在極限荷載的情況下位移的突變,為樁體周圍土體的極限荷載下的破壞標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的確立提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The array displacement meter (SAA) is used to measure the displacement, tilt angle and acceleration with the micromotor system (MEMS) accelerometer. The method has high accuracy, and the system can be dynamically tracked and tested, and can be reused. This paper introduces the application of SAA test system in the model test of bearing capacity of suction composite pile. The influence of three important factors, such as different aspect ratio, load angle and pile spacing, on the oblique bearing capacity of the pile is studied in this model. The results show that the SAA testing system can completely and intuitively reflect the displacement of the composite pile model along different points of pile depth under different load levels with different aspect ratio, load action angle and pile spacing. Moreover, it can show the sudden change of the pile displacement under the limit load, which provides the basis for the establishment of the failure standard of the soil around the pile under the limit load.
