海洋絞車液壓盤式剎車系統(tǒng)參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)與仿真研究

【摘要】:液壓盤式剎車裝置是海洋絞車中非常重要的部件,其運(yùn)行狀態(tài)正常與否直接影響到海洋絞車和其拖行設(shè)備的安全。隨著現(xiàn)代高新技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)進(jìn)程也日趨完善,我們對機(jī)械設(shè)備的要求也越來越高。盤式剎車裝置存在目標(biāo)控制波動大、響應(yīng)滯后、制動力矩不足、閘盤污染等問題,對海洋絞車的正常工作運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)造成了很大的影響。傳統(tǒng)液壓盤式剎車裝置已無法滿足在海洋絞車上的應(yīng)用。因此,本文通過對海洋絞車液壓盤式制動裝置結(jié)構(gòu)類型選型優(yōu)化,并對其各組成部分進(jìn)行參數(shù)計(jì)算,再用仿真軟件對其四種工況進(jìn)行仿真分析,結(jié)合海洋絞車液壓盤式剎車系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)做對比分析,以期驗(yàn)證該優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。其主要內(nèi)容主要如下:(1)海洋絞車液壓盤式剎車裝置基本原理及設(shè)計(jì)要求。根據(jù)海洋絞車液壓盤式剎車裝置基本原理及海洋絞車制動裝置應(yīng)具有制動力矩儲備、制動減速度域值、制動裝置的安全儲備、制動閘動作靈敏性、分級制動系統(tǒng)等設(shè)計(jì)要求,探討海洋絞車盤式剎車裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)式樣及其工作原理。(2)海洋絞車盤式剎車裝置參數(shù)計(jì)算及優(yōu)化。通過對海洋絞車盤式剎車裝置制動力矩、碟形彈簧、液壓缸、制動盤等的計(jì)算,建立海洋絞車盤式剎車裝置數(shù)學(xué)模型,確定了最佳參數(shù)模型。(3)海洋絞車盤式剎車系統(tǒng)仿真研究。通過對海洋絞車盤式剎車系統(tǒng)工作原理的分析,設(shè)計(jì)海洋絞車盤式剎車裝置的液壓系統(tǒng),將盤式制動裝置簡化為帶有彈簧的液壓缸力學(xué)模型,依據(jù)該模型建立盤式制動裝置在AMESim中的仿真模型,使用AMESim軟件,對各種工況下的制動裝置進(jìn)行模擬,得到各個(gè)工況下的液壓缸內(nèi)油壓、制動正壓力、活塞位移的變化曲線,將已經(jīng)建立好的海洋絞車盤式制動裝置的Solidworks模型導(dǎo)入到ADAMS仿真軟件中,得到其角位移與時(shí)間以及角速度與時(shí)間的變化曲線,分析其制動性能。(4)海洋絞車液壓盤式剎車模型的試驗(yàn)分析。通過建立海洋絞車液壓盤式剎車實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),分別得到液壓缸內(nèi)油壓壓力變化曲線。對比分析海洋絞車盤式剎車系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)所得到的油壓變化曲線與仿真所得到的油壓變化曲線。
[Abstract]:The hydraulic disc brake device is a very important component in the offshore winch, and its normal operation directly affects the safety of the marine winch and its towing equipment. With the rapid development of modern high technology, the process of modern industry is becoming more and more perfect. There are many problems in the disc brake device, such as large fluctuation of target control, lag of response, insufficient braking torque, pollution of brake disc, etc., which have a great influence on the normal operation of offshore winch. The traditional hydraulic disc brake device can not meet the application in the ocean winch. Therefore, by optimizing the type selection of the structure of the hydraulic disc brake device of the offshore winch, and calculating the parameters of each component, the paper uses the simulation software to simulate and analyze its four working conditions. In order to verify the feasibility of the optimal design, a comparative analysis is made on the hydraulic disc brake system of the offshore winch. The main contents are as follows: (1) the basic principle and design requirements of hydraulic disc brake device of offshore winch. According to the basic principle of the hydraulic disc brake device of the offshore winch and the design requirements of the brake device of the offshore winch, such as the reserve of braking torque, the value of braking deceleration range, the safety reserve of braking device, the sensitivity of brake action, the step braking system, etc. This paper discusses the structural pattern and working principle of the disc brake device of the offshore winch. (2) the calculation and optimization of the parameters of the disc brake device of the offshore winch. Through the calculation of braking torque, disc spring, hydraulic cylinder and brake disc of the disc brake device of the offshore winch, the mathematical model of the disc brake device of the offshore winch is established, and the optimum parameter model is determined. (3) the simulation study on the disc brake system of the offshore winch is carried out. Based on the analysis of the working principle of the disc brake system of the offshore winch, the hydraulic system of the disc brake device of the offshore winch is designed, and the disc brake device is simplified into a mechanical model of the hydraulic cylinder with spring. According to this model, the simulation model of disc brake device in AMESim is established, and the brake device under various working conditions is simulated by using AMESim software. The variation curves of oil pressure, positive brake pressure and piston displacement in hydraulic cylinder under various working conditions are obtained. The established Solidworks model of the disc brake device of the offshore winch is imported into the ADAMS simulation software, and the curves of angular displacement and time, angular velocity and time are obtained. The braking performance is analyzed. (4) the test analysis of hydraulic disc brake model of offshore winch. The hydraulic pressure variation curves of the hydraulic cylinder were obtained by establishing the hydraulic disc brake system of the offshore winch. The oil pressure variation curve obtained from the experiment of ocean winch disc brake system and the oil pressure change curve obtained by simulation are compared and analyzed.
