【摘要】：CO2脫鈣后海水與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海水相比,具有更少的Ca2+和更多的HCO3-,理論上HCO3-可與SO2溶于水后產(chǎn)生的亞硫酸氫根反應(yīng),促進(jìn)SO2的溶解。為此本文以N2為惰性載氣,研究了1atm下,溫度變化范圍為34.0~63.9℃,SO2在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海水、Na HCO3含量增多的海水以及鈣離子減少的海水中的溶解性能,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)海水CO2脫鈣與煙道氣脫硫的耦合。結(jié)果表明SO2在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海水中的溶解度隨著溫度的升高顯著降低,且SO2溶解度的數(shù)值與溫度呈近似線性關(guān)系;海水中HCO3-含量的增加會(huì)提高SO2在此水體系中的溶解度;而海水中鈣離子的減少對(duì)SO2在此水體系中的溶解性能并無顯著影響。因此與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)海水體系相比,CO2脫鈣后海水體系對(duì)SO2具有更好的溶解性能,為利用CO2脫鈣后海水進(jìn)行煙氣脫硫,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)海水脫鈣與煙氣脫硫的耦合提供了理論支持及基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Compared with standard seawater, CO2 decalcified seawater has less Ca2 and more HCO _ 3-. theoretically, HCO _ 3- can react with hydrogen sulfite radical produced by SO2 solution in water and promote the dissolution of SO2. In this paper, using N2 as inert carrier gas, the solubility of so _ 2 in seawater with the increase of Na _ (HCO3) content in standard seawater and the decrease of Ca ~ (2 +) in seawater was studied under 1atm. In order to realize the coupling of CO2 decalcification and flue gas desulfurization. The results show that the solubility of SO2 in standard seawater decreases significantly with the increase of temperature, and the value of SO2 solubility is approximately linear with the temperature, and the increase of HCO 3-content in seawater will increase the solubility of SO2 in this water system. However, the decrease of Ca ~ (2 +) in seawater had no significant effect on the solubility of SO2 in this water system. Compared with the standard seawater system, the CO2 decalcified seawater system has better solubility to SO2, which provides theoretical support and basic data for flue gas desulfurization by using CO2 decalcified seawater and realizing the coupling of seawater decalcification and flue gas desulfurization.
