毛細驅動海水淡化系統(tǒng)的熱力學與水動力學分析

【摘要】:針對毛細驅動海水淡化系統(tǒng)建立了熱力學-水動力學分析模型,分別對不同熱流密度、運行高度和蒸汽管線長度工況下的系統(tǒng)運行特性進行了模擬分析。模擬結果與實驗測量結果吻合較好。當系統(tǒng)在熱流密度為4.2~34.0kW/m~2較大的參數(shù)范圍內運行時,系統(tǒng)產水量可達6.3~50.8 kg/(m~2·h),蒸發(fā)溫度可低至29.3~39.8℃。結果表明,蒸發(fā)器的壓力是影響系統(tǒng)運行的主要因素,其主要受蒸發(fā)器高度和蒸汽管線長度的影響,且前者的影響更大。
[Abstract]:A thermodynamic and hydrodynamic analysis model for capillary driven seawater desalination system was established. The operating characteristics of the system under different heat flux, operating height and steam pipeline length were simulated and analyzed. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
