長江口及鄰近海域沉積物再懸浮對水體磷酸鹽的影響的模擬研究

【摘要】:以長江口及鄰近海域?yàn)檠芯繀^(qū)域,采用改進(jìn)后的SEDEX法對沉積物中各形態(tài)磷的含量進(jìn)行了分析,并通過模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)探討了沉積物再懸浮對上覆水體磷酸鹽濃度的影響。結(jié)果表明:碎屑磷(De-P)是沉積物磷的主要賦存形態(tài),占總磷(TP)的50%以上;其次是可提取態(tài)有機(jī)磷(Or-P)和非活性有機(jī)磷(Re-P);生物可利用磷(BAP)占總磷的比例約為21%,可提取態(tài)有機(jī)磷(Or-P)是生物可利用磷(BAP)的主要存在形態(tài)。沉積物再懸浮時,水體磷酸鹽的濃度顯著升高,說明沉積物再懸浮會引起沉積物中磷的釋放;水體磷酸鹽濃度升高主要源于沉積物中磷的釋放,而間隙水的貢獻(xiàn)較低。沉積物發(fā)生再懸浮時,厭氧條件相對于好氧條件,更有利于沉積物磷的釋放。
[Abstract]:Taking the Changjiang Estuary and its adjacent waters as the study area, the contents of phosphorus in sediments were analyzed by improved SEDEX method, and the effects of sediment resuspension on phosphate concentration in overlying water were studied by simulation experiments. The results show that detrital phosphorus (De-P) is the main form of phosphorus in sediments, accounting for more than 50% of total phosphorus (TP). Secondly, extractable organophosphorus (Or-P) and inactive organophosphorus (Re-P), bioavailable phosphorus (BAP) accounted for about 21% of total phosphorus, extractable organophosphorus (Or-P) is the main form of bioavailable phosphorus (BAP). When the sediment was resuspended, the concentration of phosphate in the water increased significantly, which indicated that the resuspension of the sediment would cause the release of phosphorus in the sediment, and the increase of the concentration of phosphate in the water was mainly due to the release of phosphorus from the sediment, but the contribution of the interstitial water was relatively low. When sediment resuspends, anaerobic condition is more favorable to phosphorus release than aerobic condition.
