秸稈能源化利用的供應(yīng)模式研究

【摘要】:原料供應(yīng)是制約秸稈能源化發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素之一。針對(duì)秸稈能源化利用中存在原料供應(yīng)成本高的問題,文章分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外秸稈能源化利用和原料供應(yīng)方式,提出4種秸稈原料供應(yīng)模式,并進(jìn)行優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析對(duì)比。研究結(jié)果表明:收集半徑小于12 km時(shí)(秸稈可收集量小于3.6萬t),模式1(田間晾曬后收集—農(nóng)用車裝載—能源利用)經(jīng)濟(jì)性最優(yōu),適合于年消耗原料小于2.5萬t的應(yīng)用方式;收集半徑為12~26 km時(shí)(秸稈可收集量為3.6~17萬t),模式3(田間移動(dòng)式打捆—收儲(chǔ)點(diǎn)儲(chǔ)存—能源利用)經(jīng)濟(jì)性最優(yōu),適合于原料用量較大的應(yīng)用方式;為保障原料供應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,收集半徑不宜超過26 km;秸稈供應(yīng)成本中人工成本居首,其次是原料成本,然后是收集和運(yùn)輸燃油動(dòng)力成本。
[Abstract]:Raw material supply is one of the key factors restricting the development of straw energy. In view of the problem of high raw material supply cost in straw energy utilization, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign straw energy utilization and raw material supply mode, puts forward four kinds of straw raw material supply mode, and analyzes and compares the advantages, disadvantages and economy.
