壁面振動致氣缸套空蝕現(xiàn)象模擬

【摘要】:為研究氣缸套受活塞敲擊而產(chǎn)生的壁面振動對氣缸套振動壁面附近冷卻水流場的空蝕影響情況,通過使用計算流體力學(xué)(CFD)方法,基于AVL-Fire流體計算軟件提供的歐拉多相流空化模型,結(jié)合動網(wǎng)格技術(shù)建立近振動壁面處流場區(qū)域的多相流流場空化模型,將氣缸套出現(xiàn)空蝕的振動壁面處的振動特性及其附近冷卻水的流場特性進行耦合分析,得到了壁面衰減振動條件下流場的空化特性.對比在壁面振動條件下的流場空化云圖,結(jié)果表明:氣缸套壁面振動是氣缸套空蝕的主要因素,受振動壁面影響而產(chǎn)生的空化氣泡將在狹隙后圓弧壁面處聚集并潰滅,造成此處的空蝕較為嚴(yán)重,這與氣缸套穴蝕部位的試驗統(tǒng)計結(jié)果一致.通過對比同樣壁面振動條件下入口流速不同時流場的空化云圖,發(fā)現(xiàn)流場處于較大流速狀態(tài)下,更容易產(chǎn)生空化區(qū)域.
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of wall vibration on cavitation erosion of cooling water flow field near the vibrating wall of cylinder liner caused by piston percussion, the cavitation model of multiphase flow field near the vibrating wall of cylinder liner is established by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method and Euler multiphase flow cavitation model provided by AVL-Fire fluid calculation software. The vibration characteristics of the vibration wall of the cylinder liner with cavitation erosion and the flow field characteristics of the cooling water near the cylinder liner are analyzed by coupling analysis, and the cavitation characteristics of the flow field under the condition of wall attenuated vibration are obtained. Compared with the cavitation cloud diagram of the flow field under the condition of wall vibration, the results show that the wall vibration of the cylinder liner is the main factor of cavitation erosion of the cylinder liner, and the cavitation bubbles produced by the vibration wall will gather and collapse at the circular arc wall behind the gap, resulting in serious cavitation erosion, which is consistent with the experimental statistical results of the cavitation corrosion site of the cylinder liner. By comparing the cavitation cloud images with different inlet velocity under the same wall vibration condition, it is found that the cavitation region is more likely to occur when the flow field is in a high velocity state.
