某柴油機連桿結(jié)構(gòu)改進與評估

【摘要】:針對某柴油機連桿在疲勞強度驗證試驗過程中發(fā)生的螺紋底孔位置斷裂失效故障,進行了連桿試驗載荷、材料性能、宏觀斷口及結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力分析,指出了螺栓孔底部過渡尖銳造成應(yīng)力集中是導(dǎo)致連桿在循環(huán)載荷作用下疲勞斷裂的主要原因,據(jù)此提出連桿螺栓孔結(jié)構(gòu)改進設(shè)計方案,通過結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力仿真、疲勞強度仿真分析以及疲勞試驗驗證,結(jié)果均表明結(jié)構(gòu)改進合理有效。
[Abstract]:In view of the fracture failure of screw bottom hole in the process of fatigue strength verification test of a diesel engine connecting rod, the test load, material performance, macroscopic fracture surface and structural stress analysis of connecting rod are carried out. It is pointed out that the stress concentration caused by the sharp transition at the bottom of the bolt hole is the main cause of the fatigue fracture of the connecting rod under cyclic load. Based on this, the improved design scheme of the connecting rod bolt hole structure is put forward, and the structural stress simulation is carried out. The fatigue strength simulation analysis and fatigue test verify that the structure improvement is reasonable and effective.
