滿足美國EPA-Ⅲ階段尾氣排放的通用小型汽油機(jī)開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:論文通過對(duì)隆鑫生產(chǎn)的1P65FC通用小型汽油機(jī)尾氣排放的研究,通過開展臺(tái)架試驗(yàn),結(jié)合排放污染物產(chǎn)生機(jī)理、數(shù)值模擬技術(shù),對(duì)原機(jī)的進(jìn)排氣系統(tǒng)、化油器供油系統(tǒng)等進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,展開了一系列機(jī)內(nèi)凈化改進(jìn)措施,取得了以下成果:(1)降低配缸間隙和活塞火力岸高度,配以減薄活塞環(huán),采用輕量化活塞,實(shí)現(xiàn)了活塞和活塞環(huán)的輕量化;將燃燒室形狀從傳統(tǒng)的浴盆形更改為半球形,增大了氣缸的充氣效率;(2)優(yōu)化后的進(jìn)、排氣道,獲得穩(wěn)定的高強(qiáng)度滾流,改善了氣流流動(dòng)特性;斜置氣門布置以及增加氣門與氣門座圈流通截面積,更利于燃油與空氣均勻混合,改善了燃燒和混合氣特性;合適的壓縮比,使汽油機(jī)工作更溫和;(3)優(yōu)化化油器主要零部件,改善了混合氣的供給特性,提高汽油機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性;配以優(yōu)化后的點(diǎn)火線圈,調(diào)高了點(diǎn)火能量,改善了汽油機(jī)的動(dòng)力性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。通過對(duì)上述一系列零部件和結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化、改進(jìn),再結(jié)合排放污染物產(chǎn)生機(jī)理和數(shù)值模擬技術(shù),開發(fā)出了滿足美國EPA-Ⅲ階段排放法規(guī)的小型汽油機(jī),對(duì)于隆鑫進(jìn)入美國通用汽油機(jī)市場,具有重要的意義,同時(shí)也提升、更新了國內(nèi)小型汽油機(jī)的排放技術(shù),提高了價(jià)格競爭優(yōu)勢,為企業(yè)贏得了利益。
[Abstract]:Through the research on the exhaust gas emission of the 1P65FC general purpose gasoline engine produced by Longxin, the paper optimizes the intake and exhaust system and carburetor oil supply system of the original engine by means of bench test, combined with the emission mechanism and numerical simulation technology. A series of improvement measures have been carried out, and the following achievements have been achieved: (1) reducing the cylinder gap and the height of the piston fire bank, the piston ring is thinned, and the lightweight piston is adopted to realize the lightweight of the piston and piston ring; The combustion chamber shape is changed from the traditional bathtub shape to the hemispherical shape, which increases the aeration efficiency of the cylinder. (2) the optimized intake and exhaust channels can obtain stable high intensity rolling flow and improve the flow characteristics of the air flow. The inclined valve arrangement and the increase of the flow section area between the valve and valve seat ring are more favorable to the uniform mixing of fuel and air, and improve the combustion and mixture characteristics, and the proper compression ratio makes the gasoline engine work more mildly. (3) the main parts of carburetor are optimized to improve the supply characteristic of the mixture and the stability of the gasoline engine, and the ignition energy is increased with the optimized ignition coil, and the power and economy of the gasoline engine are improved.
