【摘要】：燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)在全封閉的箱裝體中運(yùn)行時(shí),機(jī)匣輻射及法蘭處泄漏的熱空氣會使箱裝體內(nèi)溫度急劇升高,而使用雙燃料系統(tǒng)時(shí),按照防爆等級要求,附屬設(shè)備和元件的工作溫度不能超過75℃,因此有必要對箱裝體進(jìn)行有效的冷卻。對某型燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)在箱裝體中的實(shí)際運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,并與試驗(yàn)值和場站運(yùn)行記錄進(jìn)行對比,驗(yàn)證數(shù)值模擬方法的準(zhǔn)確性,證明現(xiàn)有冷卻結(jié)構(gòu)不能滿足要求。提出多種冷卻結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化方案并進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,結(jié)果表明:分支結(jié)構(gòu)不但可以有效解決箱體內(nèi)超溫的問題,而且可以將冷卻空氣流量減少29%,將底板附近空氣速度減小33%,可在大幅減少對能源的消耗的同時(shí)提高底板附近零部件的使用壽命。
