環(huán)路熱管燒結(jié)毛細芯的抽吸特性
[Abstract]:In order to improve the suction characteristics of capillary core of loop heat pipe, the capillary cores of different specifications were sintered with spherical copper powder as raw material and Na_2CO_3 as pore-making agent. The climbing process of working fluid was recorded by infrared imaging. The effects of the proportion of pore-making agent and the diameter of copper powder on the suction characteristics of capillary core were studied. The results show that the diameter of copper particles d has a significant effect on the suction characteristics of the capillary core, and the climbing height and velocity of the working fluid in the capillary core increase with the increase of d without the addition of pore-making agent. When a certain proportion of (b) pore-making agent was added, the suction characteristics of the capillary core changed obviously. In the initial stage of the climbing process, the climbing height and velocity of the working fluid increase with the increase of b, and the climbing height of the working fluid in the b moderate capillary core gradually becomes the maximum value with the increase of the climbing process. At the same time, it is found that the proportion of pore-forming agent corresponding to the maximum climbing height decreases with the increase of d, and the optimum matching relation between particle diameter and the proportion of pore-forming agent is found, and the climbing height and particle diameter are deduced accordingly.
