高低位進氣方式對輪緣封嚴特性影響研究

【摘要】:為了分析高低位進氣方式對燃氣入侵現(xiàn)象的影響,采用實驗和非穩(wěn)態(tài)的數(shù)值模擬方法研究了高低位進氣方式對盤腔封嚴特性的影響,對比分析得到高低位進氣方式的摻混流動過程。研究結(jié)果表明,高低位進氣方式對封嚴效率的軸向分布有影響,高位進氣封嚴效率沿軸向分布呈上升趨勢,低位進氣反之;在輪緣封嚴附近,兩種進氣方式的封嚴效率幾乎不變;高位進氣較低位進氣有效阻止了入侵燃氣向盤腔內(nèi)部擴散過程,但沒有改變封嚴環(huán)附近的擴散過程。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the influence of high and low air intake mode on gas invasion, the effect of high and low inlet mode on the sealing characteristics of disk cavity was studied by means of experimental and unsteady numerical simulation. The mixing flow process of high and low air intake mode was obtained by comparison and analysis. The results show that the axial distribution of sealing efficiency is affected by the high and low intake mode, and the seal efficiency of high intake gas increases along the axial direction, and the low inlet air intake is opposite. The sealing efficiency of the two intake modes is almost unchanged in the vicinity of the sealing of the flange, and the high intake and the lower intake effectively prevent the invasion gas from diffusing into the inner cavity of the disk, but the diffusion process near the sealing ring is not changed.
