機匣梯形篦齒對帶冠渦輪氣動性能的影響

【摘要】:應(yīng)用數(shù)值方法對某兩級帶冠渦輪的流場進行模擬;谠~冠結(jié)構(gòu),增加葉頂間隙設(shè)計值,減小葉冠上的篦齒與機匣發(fā)生磨碰的可能性,并在機匣內(nèi)壁設(shè)置梯形篦齒與原葉冠上的篦齒形成交錯型篦齒結(jié)構(gòu)進行密封。研究結(jié)果表明:機匣梯形篦齒的設(shè)計改變了葉冠頂部泄漏流流場結(jié)構(gòu),提高了葉冠的密封性能,改善了渦輪的氣動性能;不同工況條件下交錯型篦齒比原結(jié)構(gòu)的渦輪效率提高了0.5%左右。
[Abstract]:A numerical method is used to simulate the flow field of a two stage turbine with crown. Based on the original blade crown structure, the design value of tip clearance is increased to reduce the possibility of grinding the grate teeth on the crown and the casing, and the trapezoidal grate teeth and the labyrinth teeth on the original blade crown are arranged in the inner wall of the casing to form a staggered grate structure for sealing. The results show that the design of the trapezoid grate has changed the leakage flow field structure at the top of the blade crown, improved the sealing performance of the blade crown and improved the aerodynamic performance of the turbine. The efficiency of staggered grate teeth is increased by about 0.5% compared with that of the original structure under different working conditions.
