【摘要】：針對(duì)我國(guó)生物質(zhì)鍋爐燃燒效率低、積灰結(jié)渣嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種高效燃用生物質(zhì)成型燃料的新型爐膛結(jié)構(gòu)。為判斷新型爐膛的運(yùn)行水平,將該爐膛應(yīng)用在額定蒸發(fā)量為1 t/h、額定蒸汽壓力為1.25 MPa的蒸汽鏈條鍋爐上,在8個(gè)不同過(guò)量空氣系數(shù)(αpy)下,與傳統(tǒng)爐膛進(jìn)行燃燒效率、爐膛出口煙溫、爐膛出口含氧量的對(duì)比試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,在αpy=1.5時(shí),新型爐膛的燃燒效率為97.04%,爐膛出口煙氣溫度為799℃,爐膛出口含氧量為5.2%,性能明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)比鍋爐,證實(shí)設(shè)計(jì)的新型爐膛能實(shí)現(xiàn)生物質(zhì)燃料穩(wěn)定、持續(xù)、高效的燃燒。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of low combustion efficiency and serious ash and slag deposition in biomass boilers in China, a new type of furnace structure was designed to burn biomass briquetting fuel efficiently.
