SCR脫硝副產(chǎn)物硫酸氫銨對(duì)鍋爐尾部金屬材料的腐蝕特性研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)失重法研究了鍋爐尾部材料碳鋼和不銹鋼在ABS(硫酸氫銨)和H_2SO_4兩種溶液中的腐蝕行為,利用動(dòng)電位極化曲線分析腐蝕特性。采用SEM/EDS和XPS表征手段分析了腐蝕產(chǎn)物表層的形貌和元素組成以及化合態(tài)。結(jié)果表明:不銹鋼對(duì)ABS有更好的耐蝕性,且隨著ABS溶液濃度的增大,腐蝕變劇烈。腐蝕產(chǎn)物的種類有Fe_2O_3,FeOOH,Fe_3O_4和鐵的硫酸鹽。碳鋼和不銹鋼在等濃度的ABS和硫酸溶液中腐蝕過(guò)程相似,說(shuō)明ABS具有很強(qiáng)的腐蝕性。腐蝕機(jī)理為碳鋼表面首先發(fā)生酸性腐蝕,H+作為去極化劑,有H_2析出。隨著酸度的消耗,金屬表面會(huì)發(fā)生氧腐蝕,溶解氧作為去極化劑。Fe~(2+)接著被進(jìn)一步氧化為Fe~(3+),再發(fā)生一系列的次生反應(yīng),生成Fe的氧化物以及硫酸鹽等。
[Abstract]:The corrosion behavior of carbon steel and stainless steel in ABS (ammonium sulfate) and H_2SO_4 solution was studied by weightlessness method. The corrosion characteristics were analyzed by potentiodynamic polarization curve. The surface morphology, elemental composition and chemical state of the corrosion products were characterized by SEM/EDS and XPS. The results show that stainless steel has better corrosion resistance to ABS and the corrosion becomes more severe with the increase of ABS solution concentration. Corrosion products include Fe_2O_3,FeOOH,Fe_3O_4 and iron sulfate. The corrosion process of carbon steel and stainless steel in the same concentration of ABS and sulfuric acid solution is similar, indicating that ABS is very corrosive. The corrosion mechanism is that acid corrosion H is the first depolarizing agent on the surface of carbon steel, and H _ 2 is precipitated. With the consumption of acidity, oxygen corrosion occurs on the metal surface. Dissolved oxygen as depolarizer. Fe2 is further oxidized to Fe~ (3), and then a series of secondary reactions occur to produce Fe oxides and sulfate.
