【摘要】：在發(fā)動機(jī)裝配線上,多個工位中需要對不同位置上不同種類的螺栓進(jìn)行擰緊造作。文章開發(fā)了一種自動化程度較高的雙套筒自動切換裝置。重點(diǎn)描述了切換裝置的機(jī)構(gòu)組成、工作原理及控制系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)與實施。該裝置的控制器使用了基于西門子工控機(jī)IPC677,應(yīng)用其內(nèi)部的軟PLC模塊,對該工位上工件的動作進(jìn)行檢測、規(guī)劃與控制,較好的替代了傳統(tǒng)硬件PLC的控制方法。在軟PLC的控制下,雙套筒自動切換裝置可以穩(wěn)定可靠地時序完成不同位置不同種類螺栓的擰緊操作,目前該系統(tǒng)在裝配線上運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)良好。
[Abstract]:On the engine assembly line, different kinds of bolts in different positions need to be tightened. In this paper, a double sleeve automatic switching device with high degree of automation is developed. The structure, working principle and the development and implementation of the control system of the switching device are described in detail. The controller is based on IPC677 of Siemens industrial control computer, and the internal soft PLC module is used to detect, plan and control the workpiece on the station, which is a good substitute for the traditional hardware PLC control method. Under the control of soft PLC, the double sleeve automatic switch device can steadily and reliably complete the tightening operation of different kinds of bolts in different positions. At present, the system is running well on the assembly line.
