環(huán)境生物有機(jī)氚分析方法的研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文通過(guò)大量的實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)所購(gòu)買(mǎi)的Carbolite生物氚碳燃燒裝置進(jìn)行了局部改良,優(yōu)化了環(huán)境生物有機(jī)氚分析方法的設(shè)置條件。優(yōu)化后,樣品的生成水回收率可達(dá)到80%以上,Carbolite生物氚碳燃燒裝置氧化燃燒更充分,制樣過(guò)程更安全;相同環(huán)境樣品不同實(shí)驗(yàn)人員的測(cè)量結(jié)果相對(duì)偏差小于30%。結(jié)果表明,本文的分析方法具有重現(xiàn)性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a large number of experiments have been carried out to improve the Carbolite bio-tritium combustion device and to optimize the setting conditions of the method for the analysis of organic tritium in environmental organisms. After optimization, the water recovery rate of the sample can reach more than 80% in Carbolite biological tritium carbon combustion unit, and the oxidation combustion is more sufficient and the process of sample preparation is safer, and the relative deviation of the measurement results for different experimenters of the same environmental sample is less than 30%. The results show that the analytical method is reproducible.
