【摘要】：以高速渦輪增壓器滾珠軸承轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)彈性環(huán)阻尼器(ERSFD)為研究對象,采用有限元分析以及擠壓油膜理論對彈性環(huán)支承剛度、油膜壓力場分布、油膜剛度阻尼以及滾珠軸承轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性等進(jìn)行了分析研究,并與擠壓油膜阻尼器(SFD)進(jìn)行對比分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),彈性環(huán)阻尼器的交叉剛度和阻尼很小,有效地改善了擠壓油膜阻尼器剛度阻尼自由度耦合問題,剛度阻尼的非線性得到明顯的抑制。采用六凸臺(tái)彈性環(huán)阻尼器與滾珠軸承串聯(lián)組合的增壓器進(jìn)行了臺(tái)架試驗(yàn),并與動(dòng)力學(xué)計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比分析。
[Abstract]:The elastic ring damper of high speed turbocharger ball bearing rotor system (ERS FDD) is studied. Finite element analysis and squeeze film theory are used to analyze the supporting stiffness of elastic ring and the distribution of oil film pressure field. The stiffness and damping of oil film and the dynamic characteristics of ball bearing rotor system are analyzed and compared with that of squeeze film damper (SFDs). It is found that the cross stiffness and damping of elastic ring dampers are very small, which effectively improves the coupling problem of stiffness and damping degrees of freedom of squeeze film dampers, and the nonlinear stiffness damping is obviously suppressed. The turbocharger combined with elastic ring damper and ball bearing is tested on the bench, and the results are compared with those of dynamic calculation.
