【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的今天,國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益嚴(yán)峻,企業(yè)面臨的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境已發(fā)生巨大變化,尤其對(duì)于機(jī)械制造企業(yè)而言,面臨較大的技術(shù)提升、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的壓力,傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)管理方法已難以適用當(dāng)今新的市場(chǎng)格局。從容應(yīng)對(duì)各種挑戰(zhàn),降低企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),不斷滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)需求,是機(jī)械制造企業(yè)管理者無(wú)法回避的問(wèn)題。HQ公司是國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)汽輪機(jī)研究和生產(chǎn)重要基地,也是國(guó)內(nèi)唯一能按用戶(hù)的特殊需要,非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造工業(yè)汽輪機(jī)的廠家。HQ公司面臨著擺脫進(jìn)口的依賴(lài),提高自主研究開(kāi)發(fā)能力的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。項(xiàng)目管理作為一種現(xiàn)代管理方法,對(duì)于提高企業(yè)管理水平、節(jié)約管理費(fèi)用、加快信息傳遞和決策速度以及增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面起著巨大的作用,是企業(yè)革除輕視用戶(hù)需求、組織結(jié)構(gòu)臃腫、對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化反應(yīng)遲鈍等弊端,重塑自我的一種有效管理技術(shù)�；诖吮尘�,本文以HQ公司為研究案例,結(jié)合HQ公司汽輪機(jī)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)際情況,在對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上展開(kāi)研究,分析了我國(guó)機(jī)械制造企業(yè)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)狀,概述了制造企業(yè)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的路徑,進(jìn)一步分析了機(jī)械制造企業(yè)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的現(xiàn)狀,以及在實(shí)施中遇到的困難,進(jìn)而論述了我國(guó)機(jī)械制造企業(yè)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的必要性和可行性。分別從項(xiàng)目管理的計(jì)劃管理、技術(shù)管理、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理和人力資源管理方面分析了HQ公司汽輪機(jī)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理的運(yùn)作模式。最后對(duì)HQ公司汽輪機(jī)研發(fā)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理的效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明產(chǎn)品研發(fā)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)現(xiàn)了新技術(shù)的突破,培養(yǎng)了項(xiàng)目管理專(zhuān)業(yè)人才,提升了企業(yè)的服務(wù)水平以及培養(yǎng)了企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理意識(shí)。本文基于HQ公司汽輪機(jī)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)案例,分析項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù)在機(jī)械制造企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)中的應(yīng)用效果,為國(guó)內(nèi)外同行企業(yè)實(shí)踐產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項(xiàng)目管理提供參考。本論文研究結(jié)論對(duì)推動(dòng)機(jī)械制造企業(yè)發(fā)展具有實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理理論研究具有重要借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of economy, the international competition is becoming more and more severe, and the market environment that enterprises are facing has changed greatly. Especially for machinery manufacturing enterprises, they are faced with the pressure of technological upgrading and innovation and development. Traditional business management methods have been difficult to adapt to the new market pattern. It is an unavoidable problem for managers of machinery manufacturing enterprises to deal with all kinds of challenges calmly, reduce the operating risks of enterprises and continuously meet the needs of customers. HQ is an important base for the research and production of domestic industrial steam turbines. It is also the only factory which can design and manufacture industrial steam turbines according to the special needs of customers in China. HQ is faced with opportunities and challenges to get rid of the dependence on imports and to improve its independent R & D capability. Project management, as a modern management method, plays a great role in improving the management level of enterprises, saving management expenses, speeding up information transmission and decision making, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. An effective management technique for reinventing itself with bloated organizational structure, slow response to market changes, and so on. Based on this background, this paper takes HQ Company as a case study, combined with the actual situation of HQ steam turbine product R & D project management, and carries out the research on the basis of comparing the domestic and foreign industry status and related research literature. This paper analyzes the present situation of R & D project management in machinery manufacturing enterprises in China, summarizes the path of implementing project management in manufacturing enterprises, and further analyzes the present situation of project management in machinery manufacturing enterprises and the difficulties encountered in the implementation. Furthermore, the necessity and feasibility of implementing project management in China's machinery manufacturing enterprises are discussed. From the aspects of project management, technical management, cost management, quality management and human resource management, the operation mode of HQ steam turbine product R & D project management is analyzed respectively. Finally, the effect of project management of steam turbine R & D in HQ Company is evaluated. The evaluation results show that the project management of product R & D has realized the breakthrough of new technology and trained the professional talents of project management. Raised the service level of the enterprise and cultivated the enterprise risk management consciousness. Based on the case of steam turbine product R & D of HQ Company, this paper analyzes the application effect of project management technology in the new product development of mechanical manufacturing enterprise, and provides a reference for domestic and foreign peer enterprises to practice product development project management. The conclusion of this paper is of practical significance to promote the development of machinery manufacturing enterprises, and it has important reference value to the research of project management theory.
