【摘要】:鍋爐在供熱、化工、發(fā)電、煉油、紡織、造紙和制糖等工業(yè)及民用部門中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。為了確保鍋爐能夠安全,穩(wěn)定的生產(chǎn),對(duì)鍋爐進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制十分重要。汽包水位是鍋爐中的一個(gè)非常重要的被控變量。這是因?yàn)槠皇清仩t安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo),確?刂破辉谡5姆秶鷥(nèi)變化,對(duì)于整個(gè)鍋爐系統(tǒng)的安全運(yùn)行具有重要的意義。現(xiàn)今,對(duì)汽包水位的控制大多數(shù)采用傳統(tǒng)的PID控制方式,根據(jù)被控對(duì)象的數(shù)學(xué)模型建立。然而在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,汽包水位系統(tǒng)存在非線性、時(shí)滯性、不確定性等特點(diǎn),其精確的數(shù)學(xué)模型很難建立。本設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)汽包水位的動(dòng)態(tài)特性和控制規(guī)律進(jìn)行了分析,采用了汽包水位的三沖量控制方案。在控制算法方面,采用了模糊控制,模糊控制不需要知道被控對(duì)象精確模型,僅需要操作人員的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及操作的數(shù)據(jù),魯棒性好。非常適用于數(shù)學(xué)模型比較難以獲取,動(dòng)態(tài)特性不容易掌握或者變化很顯著的對(duì)象。尤其非常適合于非線性,時(shí)變及純滯后系統(tǒng)的控制。根據(jù)控制系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需要,設(shè)計(jì)出一個(gè)模糊控制器,并以8051單片機(jī)作為中央控制單元。根據(jù)汽包水位的變化來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)給水流量的大小,達(dá)到供水的目的,大幅提高了設(shè)備的自動(dòng)化水平。
[Abstract]:Boiler is widely used in industrial and civil sectors such as heating, chemical, power generation, oil refining, textile, paper making and sugar making. In order to ensure the safety and stability of the boiler, the automatic control of the boiler is very important. The drum water level is a very important controlled variable in the boiler. This is because the drum water level is a boiler safety. An important indicator of stable operation to ensure that the control of the water level of the drum in the normal range is of great significance for the safe operation of the whole boiler system. Nowadays, the control of the water level of the drum mostly adopts the traditional PID control method, based on the mathematical model of the controlled object. However, in the actual production process, the steam package water is used. The position system has the characteristics of nonlinear, time delay, uncertainty and so on. Its precise mathematical model is difficult to establish. In this design, the dynamic characteristics and control rules of the drum water level are analyzed, and the three impulse control scheme of the drum water level is adopted. The exact model, which only needs the experience and operating data of the operator, is very robust. It is very suitable for the objects which are difficult to obtain in the mathematical model, and are not easy to master the dynamic characteristics or have very significant changes. It is especially suitable for the control of the nonlinear, time-varying and pure lag system. A fuzzy control is designed according to the actual needs of the control system. The system is used as the central control unit with 8051 single chip microcomputer. According to the change of the water level of the drum, the size of the water supply is adjusted to achieve the purpose of water supply, and the automation level of the equipment is greatly improved.
