液壓自由活塞柴油機(jī)的做功影響因素分析

【摘要】:在研制的二沖程單活塞式液壓自由活塞柴油機(jī)(HFPDE)原理樣機(jī)試驗(yàn)平臺(tái)上,通過(guò)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)壓縮膨脹過(guò)程中活塞的受力情況的分析,得出了影響HFPDE指示功大小的主要因素為燃油預(yù)噴油量、燃油開(kāi)始噴射時(shí)活塞的位置以及排氣門開(kāi)啟時(shí)刻。為分析這些影響因素對(duì)HFPDE做功的影響規(guī)律,研究了不同噴油時(shí)刻及預(yù)噴油量對(duì)循環(huán)指示功的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)燃油開(kāi)始噴射時(shí)刻對(duì)HFPDE的指示功影響主要來(lái)源于壓縮過(guò)程中活塞速度的波動(dòng)。在工作壓力為25 MPa工況下,預(yù)噴油量對(duì)循環(huán)指示功的影響主要表現(xiàn)為上止點(diǎn)的變化。展開(kāi)不同排氣門開(kāi)啟位置對(duì)HFPDE做功的影響規(guī)律研究,研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):排氣門開(kāi)啟時(shí)刻越早,對(duì)應(yīng)的平均指示壓力越低,最終降低了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的熱效率。
[Abstract]:Based on the experimental platform of two stroke single piston hydraulic free piston diesel engine with HFPDE, the stress of the piston in the process of compression and expansion of the engine is analyzed. It is concluded that the main factors affecting the HFPDE indicating work are the fuel pre-injection amount, the position of the piston and the opening time of the exhaust valve at the beginning of fuel injection. In order to analyze the influence of these factors on the work of HFPDE, the influence of different injection time and pre-injection rate on the cycle indicator work was studied. It is found that the influence of fuel injection start time on HFPDE is mainly due to the fluctuation of piston velocity during compression. Under the working pressure of 25 MPa, the effect of pre-injection on the cycle indicator work is mainly the change of up-and-down point. The effect of different opening position of exhaust valve on HFPDE work is studied. The results show that the earlier the opening time of exhaust valve is, the lower the corresponding mean indicating pressure is, and the thermal efficiency of engine is reduced finally.
