超臨界壓力下豎直管內(nèi)水的傳熱關(guān)系式研究

【摘要】:超臨界壓力下水的管內(nèi)傳熱計算在諸多領(lǐng)域有廣泛的應(yīng)用,如火力發(fā)電與水冷反應(yīng)堆等。由于實驗數(shù)據(jù)與關(guān)系式數(shù)量的局限,現(xiàn)有關(guān)于超臨界壓力下水的管內(nèi)傳熱關(guān)系式的評價結(jié)果差別很大,這給選擇合適的關(guān)系式帶來困難。從13篇現(xiàn)有文獻獲得了5366組超臨界水豎直管內(nèi)傳熱實驗數(shù)據(jù),將其按不同傳熱區(qū)域進行分類,并與27個現(xiàn)有關(guān)系式進行對比,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),曾提出的關(guān)系式對于所有實驗數(shù)據(jù)的平均絕對誤差為5.4%,且為各個傳熱區(qū)域的最佳關(guān)系式,大大提高了對超臨界水豎直管內(nèi)傳熱計算的精度。研究表明,綜合考慮物性修正和密度變化帶來的浮升力效應(yīng)能夠顯著改善關(guān)系式的預(yù)測性能。
[Abstract]:The heat transfer of supercritical pressure water pipe calculation has been widely used in many fields, such as thermal power and water reactors. Because the number of experimental data and the relation between the limitations of the existing of supercritical pressure water in tube heat transfer and the relation between the evaluation results vary greatly, it is difficult to choose the appropriate formula. 5366 groups of supercritical water in vertical pipe heat transfer experiment data obtained from 13 articles of the existing literature, according to the different heat transfer area are classified and compared, and 27 existing relationships were found between the mean absolute error was proposed for all the experimental data is 5.4%, and the best relationship between each heat transfer area the type, which greatly improves the calculation of heat transfer of supercritical water in vertical pipe precision. The results show that the buoyancy effect considering the modified physical properties and density changes can significantly improve the relationship between the pre Test performance.
