噴嘴孔數(shù)及其布置對汽油直噴噴嘴閃沸噴霧-環(huán)境氣體相互作用影響的研究

【摘要】:為了區(qū)分火花塞點火式缸內(nèi)直噴(SIDI)發(fā)動機噴霧和環(huán)境氣體兩相流場,將優(yōu)化后的高速雙色PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry)技術(shù)應用于多孔直噴噴油器的噴霧和環(huán)境氣體速度的測試。此雙色PIV系統(tǒng)由一個特殊的示蹤和濾波系統(tǒng)組成,可同時對燃油噴霧及其環(huán)境氣體的速度場進行測量。本研究采用該雙色PIV方法研究不同環(huán)境壓力和燃油溫度的條件下,噴嘴孔數(shù)及其布置情況對燃油噴霧和環(huán)境氣體的相互作用的影響。在此研究中,對3個汽油直噴噴嘴做了詳細的研究,包括1個6孔噴嘴,1個3孔噴嘴及1個2孔噴嘴。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著燃油溫度的提高或者環(huán)境氣體壓力的降低,噴霧霧化增強,燃油顆粒粒徑減小,導致噴霧油束變寬,噴霧與環(huán)境氣體接觸面積變大,噴霧和環(huán)境氣體的兩相流場的作用變強。不同孔數(shù)和布置的噴油器在冷態(tài)及閃沸條件下油束間干擾作用的強度不同,導致噴霧傳遞給環(huán)境氣體的動能不同。較強的油束間的干擾作用加強了燃油噴霧與環(huán)境氣體之間的動量交換過程,進而增強了環(huán)境氣體的動能。
[Abstract]:In order to distinguish the spray and ambient gas two-phase flow fields of spark plug ignited cylinder direct injection (sidi) engine, the optimized two-color PIV(Particle Image Velocimetric technique was applied to the spray of porous direct injector and the measurement of ambient gas velocity.The two-color PIV system is composed of a special tracer and filter system, which can simultaneously measure the velocity field of fuel spray and its ambient gas.In this study, the effects of nozzle number and its arrangement on the interaction between fuel spray and ambient gas under different ambient pressure and fuel temperature were studied by using the two-color PIV method.In this study, three gasoline direct injection nozzles were studied in detail, including 1 6 hole nozzle, 1 3 hole nozzle and 1 2 hole nozzle.The results show that with the increase of fuel temperature or the decrease of ambient gas pressure, the spray atomization increases, the fuel particle size decreases, and the spray fuel beam widens and the contact area between the spray and the ambient gas becomes larger.The effect of the two phase flow field of spray and ambient gas becomes stronger.The intensity of the interference between the oil bundles under the cold and flash boiling conditions is different, which leads to the difference of the kinetic energy transferred to the ambient gas by the different number of holes and the arrangement of the injector.The strong interferences between fuel jets enhance the momentum exchange process between fuel spray and ambient gases and thus enhance the kinetic energy of ambient gases.
