【摘要】：針對(duì)亞臨界330MW機(jī)組和超臨界660MW機(jī)組,研究了高中壓缸間軸封漏汽量計(jì)算值與變汽溫試驗(yàn)參數(shù)的關(guān)系。對(duì)于亞臨界330MW機(jī)組,試驗(yàn)時(shí)主汽溫和再熱汽溫的溫差不同,高中壓缸間軸封漏汽量占主蒸汽流量的百分比從0.49%到2.42%,實(shí)際中壓缸效率從89.89%到90.41%;對(duì)超臨界660MW機(jī)組,高中壓缸間軸封漏汽量占主蒸汽流量的百分比從0.81%到1.53%,實(shí)際中壓缸效率從88.79%到89.26%;隨著軸封漏汽量增大,實(shí)際中壓缸效率降低。亞臨界330MW機(jī)組,由于試驗(yàn)時(shí)溫差較小,不同的工況組合,實(shí)際中壓缸效率和高中壓缸間軸封漏汽量變化較大;兩種容量的機(jī)組,降低主汽溫度工況和額定參數(shù)工況組合,得到的軸封漏汽量都偏差較大。通過計(jì)算軸封間隙通流能力,以及對(duì)比設(shè)計(jì)值和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,確認(rèn)變汽溫工況試驗(yàn)時(shí),主汽溫度和再熱汽溫度的試驗(yàn)溫差應(yīng)該達(dá)到15℃以上,才能得到較為準(zhǔn)確的高中壓缸間軸封漏汽量和實(shí)際中壓缸效率。
[Abstract]:For subcritical 330MW units and supercritical 660MW units, the relationship between the calculated values of axial seal steam leakage and the parameters of variable steam temperature test is studied. For subcritical 330MW units, the temperature difference between main steam and reheat steam temperature is different during the test. The leakage of shaft seal between middle and middle pressure cylinders is from 0.49% to 2.42% of the main steam flow, and the actual efficiency of medium pressure cylinder ranges from 89.89% to 90.41%. The leakage rate of shaft seal between middle and middle pressure cylinders ranges from 0.81% to 1.53% of the main steam flow, and the actual efficiency of medium pressure cylinder ranges from 88.79% to 89.26. With the increase of shaft seal leakage, the actual medium pressure cylinder efficiency decreases. The subcritical 330MW unit has a small temperature difference during the test.
