變折射率介質(zhì)相變過(guò)程輻射導(dǎo)熱耦合換熱RKPM模擬

【摘要】:基于無(wú)網(wǎng)格再生核粒子法(RKMP),采用等效熱容法處理相變潛熱的吸收和釋放,通過(guò)求解梯度折射率輻射傳輸方程處理變折射率問(wèn)題,建立半透明材料相變過(guò)程的輻射導(dǎo)熱耦合統(tǒng)一的計(jì)算方法。計(jì)算了一維晶體和非晶體半透明材料凝固過(guò)程溫度響應(yīng)特性,考慮了折射率變化對(duì)相變過(guò)程的影響,通過(guò)和文獻(xiàn)值對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了RKPM能夠模擬含有相變過(guò)程的輻射傳輸問(wèn)題,且具有良好的精度。
[Abstract]:Based on the meshless reproducing kernel particle method (RKMPN), the absorption and release of latent heat of phase transition are treated by equivalent heat capacity method, and the problem of variable refractive index is solved by solving the gradient index radiation transfer equation. In this paper, a unified calculation method of radiation heat conduction coupling for phase transition process of translucent material is established. The temperature response characteristics of one-dimensional crystal and amorphous semi-transparent material during solidification process are calculated, and the effect of refractive index change on phase transition process is considered. By comparing with the literature, it is proved that RKPM can simulate the radiation transfer problem with phase change process and has good accuracy.
