緊湊型液冷散熱器的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:提出了一種作用于功率器件的緊湊型液冷散熱器,特點(diǎn)為構(gòu)建了一個(gè)帶有旋槳式攪拌器的密封腔,能夠通過電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)葉片攪拌冷卻水形成流場(chǎng)以加強(qiáng)傳熱。為驗(yàn)證該散熱器的效果,搭建了實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)并設(shè)計(jì)了與模型外形尺寸相同的實(shí)心熱沉進(jìn)行對(duì)比。通過調(diào)整熱源工作功率得到不同的溫度-時(shí)間曲線,當(dāng)熱源輸入功率為116 W、室溫為27℃時(shí),相比于實(shí)心熱沉,使用緊湊型液冷散熱器的熱源溫度降低8.7℃。
[Abstract]:A compact liquid cooling radiator acting on power devices is proposed, which is characterized by the construction of a sealed chamber with a propeller agitator. The flow field can be formed by stirring the cooling water through the motor driving blade to enhance the heat transfer. To verify the effect of the radiator, The experimental platform is built and the solid heat sink with the same shape is designed and compared with the model.
