【摘要】:惠州LNG電廠一期M701F3燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)空氣進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)原設(shè)計(jì)為二級(jí)過(guò)濾,第一級(jí)過(guò)濾等級(jí)G4,第二級(jí)過(guò)濾等級(jí)F8。該過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)在運(yùn)行中,過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾效率不高,壓氣機(jī)因通流積塵而效率下降明顯。在空間布置合理的條件下,將原一級(jí)過(guò)濾器的等級(jí)改為為F5,二級(jí)過(guò)濾器的等級(jí)改為H11。壓氣機(jī)進(jìn)氣過(guò)濾器升級(jí)改造后,壓氣機(jī)的進(jìn)氣阻力、壓氣機(jī)特性、燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)及聯(lián)合循環(huán)運(yùn)行特性將發(fā)生變化。為定性定量評(píng)估改造前后機(jī)組的運(yùn)行性能,并判明該高效過(guò)濾器的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值,開(kāi)展以下研究?jī)?nèi)容:(1)以M701F3燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)空氣進(jìn)氣過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)過(guò)濾器更換前后的特性進(jìn)行研究對(duì)比;(2)通過(guò)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的建模與仿真,研究壓氣機(jī)進(jìn)氣濾網(wǎng)壓差變化對(duì)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)及其聯(lián)合循環(huán)機(jī)組性能的影響;(3)結(jié)合燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和原理,對(duì)高效過(guò)濾器的節(jié)能和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行評(píng)估。通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、理論推導(dǎo)和大量分析對(duì)比計(jì)算,初步得出壓氣機(jī)進(jìn)氣濾網(wǎng)壓差變化對(duì)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)機(jī)組性能的影響規(guī)律,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了進(jìn)氣濾網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行優(yōu)化策略并估算了由此產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:The first stage M701F3 gas turbine air intake system of Huizhou LNG Power Plant was originally designed as two stage filtration, the first stage was G4, the second stage was F8. The filter efficiency was not high in the operation of the system. Under the condition of reasonable space arrangement, the grade of the original primary filter is changed to F5, and the grade of the secondary filter is changed to H11.After the compressor intake filter is upgraded, the intake resistance of the compressor is improved. The performance of compressor, gas turbine and combined cycle will be changed. Carry out the following research contents: 1) take the M701F3 gas turbine air intake filtration system as the research object, compare and contrast the characteristics of the filter before and after the change of the filter 2) through the modeling and simulation of the gas turbine, This paper studies the influence of the pressure difference of compressor inlet filter on the performance of gas turbine and its combined cycle unit. (3) combined with the structure and principle of gas turbine, the energy saving and economic benefit of high efficiency filter are evaluated. Based on the theoretical derivation and a large number of analysis and comparison calculations, the influence of pressure difference on the performance of gas turbine units is preliminarily obtained. On the basis of this, the operation optimization strategy of intake air filter is put forward and the economic benefit is estimated.
